Likes

College environment is peaceful and beautiful.
Clubs are great and filled with opportunities.
College have arts fest in even semester and tech fest in odd semester. They are so amazing and will fill us with memories.

Dislikes

Need more practical classes and internships
Exam is very frequent and classes are taken very fast.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum here now is of Kerala technological University. College has gained autonomous title, so from next year the curriculum will change. The curriculum of ktu is not that great, they stress lot on theory while giving less importance to practical knowledge. You have to gain practical knowledge by yourself. But everybody hopes that it will change when college releases it's own curriculum and syllabus. After all it's one of the best colleges in Kerala.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 8900 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fee is very low only 8900 per year. You will also get scholarship from college alumnis and college management. Even financial assistance are available. They even build house for kids who don't have one. Campus employment opportunities are medium it will depend on how skilled and knowledgeable you are and opportunities to get that is indeed available in here.

Campus Life

College is the best in this college. There are so many events and clubs that we can participate. Technical clubs will boost your knowledge and they will give you more opportunities to get more skills too. There is also non technical clubs that are focused in arts and sports and they are also furiously active all time. Classroom is spaceous and have projector. College have pure water for drinking.

Hostel Facilities

Mens hostel here is very nice. They provide quality food and spaceous rooms. They have washing machine and ironing facilities and everything. Hostel Life is also best in here. Room contains three students.

Hostel Fee: INR 50000 per year

Admission

State merit cut off for mechanical engineering was around 25k. Application form and fee structure are available in the site of keam. Exam was full day. Morning session chemistry and physics. Afternoon session mathematics. Exam was easy and level of difficulty of keam exam is always moderate. They don't provide details about spot admissions in their site. You have to chech newspapers and other medias to get information about spot admissions.

Good life memory

Likes

College ambience was too attractive. Friendly atmosphere ആൻഡ് very nice hidden spots and food spots inside the college
The faculty was too supportive and encouragive nature that was also in studies and extra curricular activities also that be very kind of them
There is not only aim to study but also encourage the extra activities. The management was also very supportive to students and also the faculties.

Dislikes

There is very strict to attendence. There was not to bunk the class every hour there will take the attendence and there will be absent they autimaticaly send sms to registerd phone
There is too many exams and assignments that will be little bit problem for students
Canteen facilities little bit bad in my college life time. There was not that much food veriety

Placement Experience:

From 6 th semester onwards campus placement taken. There was coming in bcs, infopark, wipro, etc. Companies are mainly appeared and also many other companies came select many students. The main companies take students in cutoff 8.5or9 cgpa. And some other compnies take students they have backpapers.

The overall environment here is great. Students coming from different backgrounds make us more capable of meeting new people who have different ideas and that makes things easier,apart from achieving technical greatness ,curtain clubs are here
These clubs gives opportunities to gain new skills and to showcase our existing skills, sports clubs are also present which will help improve skills in sports
Cultural clubs , technical clubs are also present here to aid in your interest

Placement Experience:

Upon reaching s7 students are invited for campus placement but they have to pass different criteria to become eligible for attending the interview, a minimum cgpa of 7.5 and academic skills a these are the basic requirements and an aptitude test will be given and in further selection these criteria are looked. I plan on pursuing a job after completing by btech. More than half the students in a batch are getting placed usually.

college provides nice venue good study environment
provide library facilities and lab facilities

It is so far from the main road a lot to walk

Placement Experience:

Students can get internships from First sem. Students become eligible from 7th sem for campus placement . The average package begins from 15000/- to most highest package of 25000/-. The percentage of students getting paced is 20-30%.I have been planiing to go to higher studies.

Campus, comparing from nearby college this college had good visual beauty may be because of the college been part 2-3 movies. Visually the college are too good with nature

Dislikes

The Placement is weak as there is no opportunity to get a proper core based job from what you studied mainly job opportunities come from call centres which doesnt require Btech to study. This personally felt too sad to be here to get placed in core.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As of the college comes under Ktu syllabus it has already has demerits of the university. Curriculum basically doesnot provide a realworld application uses. Just creates a knowledge on the course (and thats doubt) We need to courses outside the college to get the core jobs outside

The college provides a good atmosphere to truly get a job in the competetive world if we are willing to work for it.
They heavily monitor attendance to make sure that you take your classes so that you perform well in your exams
The facilities provided by the college are good as there are several labs and workshops for hands-on experience

Dislikes

The campus life can get boring and it feels like we are in a rat race.
Some teachers can be a bit apathetic towards the students.
The number events that encourage social interactions in not many

The students are elegible for campus placements from the 7th semester and almost all students get placements provided they don't have any subject yet to clear at the time of placement. There are several companies that visit the college for recruiting including but not limited to TCS, CTS,etc,.

The campus is a package pf greenery and the culteral events conducted there are good at the end
The faculties are good and maintain a decent teaching style
The sports activities are well maintained here

Dislikes

The hostel mess and the food is a bit not good from my opinion
The hostel doesn't have adequate wifi to accommodate the entire strength of students residing there

Yes the college is providing placement facilities and the College has its own placement and industrial relations wing that is said to study about the current industrial requirements and provide the adequate amount of training for the students

Navigating MACE: A student's journer Through Campus Life, Academics and Oppurtunities.

I chose this college over other colleges primarily for its autonomous status. This allows MACE to have more current and industry relevent curiculum unlike colleges with fixed university syllabus. I chose this college considering the distance from my home. Good facilities and the environment of the college. This college supports extracurricular activities. I chose this college because of the high standard education they provide. This college is right now the 4th standing best colleges in kerala. This college also have many acredations.
