Iam interested in chemistry very much because of I want to became a assistant professor.chemistry is related to our life. Iam interested to so much to study the difference parts of it and the lab work is very interested portion

Class Size: 21Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fee in cuk is 10000 .It is little high when compared to other central universities. And the admission fee was 20200. The total fee for two years is 50000.The cuk didn't provide any scholarship .But we have to apply e grants.our department faculty is are many of them taken there PhD from abroad and they are extraordinary.

Campus Life

Actually cuk was not improved when compared to other universities.The campus is divided into 4 .In all the campus there have library facility.And the green campus is more beautiful when compared to other.

Admission

Iam admit by Cucet entrance exam. Eligibility isb graduation. Iam find the application form from Google. Exam is very difficult and it was taken 2 hour. The cuk need many improvement. The cut off mark was very high

Better campus

Practical course is very intresting that's why I chose the course even though they need to do some work on that part as some teachers are still stuck in theory things that's not much relevant for today's need. More workshops should be conducted on weekly basis.

There is practical periods also till 5 pm but there is absence of practical knowledge like no field visit and all no picnics no functions of any kind the student remains inside those 4 walls and no exposures to real world

Remarks:

College has a very good faculty and administration. More focus is on passing the exam than learning new things. Get up needs to be maintained well. Labs are not upto the mark. Student attendence is not ensured.

I just applied to CUK and NIT, CUK was just my backup option incase if I didn't got into NIT. The University admits students on the cuet merit basis . Most students prefer this university because they want to explore Kashmir. The admission is totally merit based but if vacant seats are left then non cuet student are also admitted. Reservation policy is available for every category....Read More

Overall my experience was good although i quit after bsc.

I choose Cuk because of dicipline there.. In short after 12th you have alot options but there are collages where no matter you attend classes or not you will study a night and get 80-90%.
