Course Curriculum Overview
I would rate the course curriculum 9/10 that is good . Specific aspects of the curriculum that influenced my decision was method of their handling classes and curriculum activities. They have a vast facilities as well as faculties. Their faculty is well educated having experience of 10-12 years minimum . The curriculum prepares us for real world application as they also have maintained the industrial visit . Basic ground experiment and many more . Areas of improvement that i would suggest for teaching is that they must follow touch screens for teaching. The frequency and timing of exams along with my perspective on their difficulty level is that you have to give exams every once in 2 month.
Internships Opportunities
Many companies came across for the internship and on job training programmes . Such as Wipro , Verka , Microsoft , Hp etc . They provided different amount of stipend. They provided job roles like research analyst where students were asked to research for their product supplies and demands etc.
Placement Experience
From 3 semester students become eligible for campus placements . There are many companies that visit there for placements like Wipro High beam Global , Verka , Sun Pharma , Rebel etc. They select over 20-30 students from a department. Highest package given by the company was 15 lakh per annum. My plans after getting the degree is to apply for placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
If we talk about the fee structure. It was 50000 for one semester of my stream . Every stream has different fee structure and maximum every stream was conducting scholarship program. They accept loan facility and provide good opportunity for campus placement drives. Other than tuition fee there are also other expenses like bus fee , examination fee etc.
Campus Life
There are 2 main festivals in the campus . Other than that many small fests are organised . Many of them are free of cost. Last time i participated in the trade fair . If we talk about the library. You can issue 3 books at a time with your library card provided free by your college. Classroom have good quality of projectors chair tables etc . In sports this university is doing excellence. Many groups are there for the student welfare.
Admission
Admission process was like you have to pay money and get admitted if and only if there is vacancy. Also there was a scholarship exam in which the percentage you get,makes you admission fee less. Eligibility of the course was 12 pass with medical stream . To find application form you have to visit LPU official site or you may visit through the college. For students having reservation, the admission money was less and many extra charges were waived off. IF you are trying for the exam , there isn't much difficulty level . One can attain good marks and the area of improvement in admission process that i will suggest is they must conduct exam online .
