Being a government university the fee is usually fixed and the hikes are considerably lower each year and regarding scholarships they are usually available to different categories by different ministries but generally not by the university of jammu. Regarding campus hiring particularly in our subject there is not campus hiring.

The festivals and cultural and others functions are conducted regularly for which famous General Zorawar Singh auditorium is top notch auditorium in entire UT of jammu and kashmir. Central Library is open 24/7 with immense collection of books. Every class is equipped with smart digital boards and extra curricular activities and sports events are also held regularly.

Universitiy annually admit students on the basis of jammu University entrance test usually in the month of may June. Regarding reservations it is available as per the UGC norms. The difficulty level of entrance test is moderate to difficult. Regarding improvements the university must increase its examination centers in kashmir province and should add a center in Delhi also.

The faculty is highly qualified and the studies to teachers ration in my subject was 1:20.The teachers teach by Lecture methods and the practical class and in my subject we used to conduct silkworm rearing.Teachers were always available to guide and interact.
