Remarks

The good thing is 100 percent placements for textile students. The bad point is only to focus on the academics, not on other activities which boosts the confidence of students.

Entrance Preview

Overall college reputation is good and the reviews which I got from the past students were encouraging to go to this college. Also, this college is very famous So I decided to option this college for cap round procedure. These were the reason to choose this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I would tell that the course curriculum really was helpful and informative so that we as a student can take interest and study as well as enjoy the college life which is the most important thing is in life. The overall teaching faculty is good they are good experience holders.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, For textile Engineering the college provides various internship chances. For college has many ties with multinational textile companies.

Placement Experience

3.5

For textile engineering, this college offers the best placements or job opportunities in this state and for general engineering, it provides average placements or job opportunities so I would recommend you to go for this college and get placed at the end.

College Events

4.5

Every festival and event are very well celebrated in this college. The college management is quite supportive about this phenomenon as students with the support of faculty celebrate each and every function in a grand way and keep the tradition going. And college events are also good.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure here in this institute is quite expansive but to manage that the college overall management is quite supportive they allow you to pay in installments so that there is no pressure on the student as well as on there mother and father and the whole family.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our college doesn't offer any scholarship or loan facility for students. Students have to grab these opportunities from other sources like banks and government.

Campus Life

The campus life in this college is superb. The gender ratio is almost 50-50 percent. Our college always supports extracurricular activities in the technical field. In sports also college is very supportive. Unfortunately, our college doesn't support the activities regarding drama and art.

Hostel Facilities

Yes there is in campus hostel for girls Fee structure here in this institute is but not up to the mark the fee for hostel is quite expansive but to manage that the college overall management is quite supportive they allow you to pay in installments so that there is no pressure on student as well as on there mother and father and whole family.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network of our college is good. Our college organizes alumni meet on 26th January of every year.

Exam Structure

the exam structure is the same as that of Shivaji University. But after the autonomous, the exam pattern has been changed drastically so now they are having the counter exam to fail members immediately after the announcement of results so that the year of the student os saved.

Admission

I had applied for this college in 1st Cap round and got the admission in the mechanical division in 1st Cap round only. On the 30th of June, I took the admission in college after the account of cap round 1 results. If I would have not got the admission in the 1st round I would have tried for 2&3 rd round. This was the admission process.

Faculty

3.5

The overall teaching faculty is good they are good experience holders. for textile engineering, the faculty here in this college is the best faculty in the nation I would say. And for general engineering that is mechanical It CS electronics, the faculty is average.

My perspective about my college!!

Likes

Such a huge campus and it is located not far from the city so bus and autos are always available.
Our canteens serves Misal Pav which is next level.
For a city like Amravati and a college like ours, having a tech fest is a dream but since 2022, we have been hosting a tech event called Techlons.

Dislikes

Crowd is not that amazing as most students are non-serious over here.

Placement Experience:

TCS trains us in the third year and L&T Infotech and TCS are the ones who hired students. Almost half the students were taken by these two companies with an annual salary of 6 lakhs or so. For a freshers to work in such companies is a privilege and I am glad, we get this opportunity at our college.

A Brief Theory Round Of Aissms College Of Engineering

Likes

The campus is quite big and there are proper laboratories for every subject , also the faculty is quite helpful and helps student to settle up and get along so that the teaching and doubt interaction is built up from the starting
We have metro station right outside the gate of college so the travelling is quite simple
It's also good to have a college stationary right inside the campus and with discount too!

Dislikes

The benches are small which kind off makes the students uncomfortable to sit for more than 2 hours in that space
Canteen hygiene is not maintained at all
There's no underground parking for students and lack of space for parking of two wheelers

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good in Aissms College Of Engineering in comparison to the other one institute of Information technology. I personally have even saw seniors getting placements when they were in placement round room. And looking at all the boards the college has put up and I can definitely says that the college does get placements and companies do come

Likes

Faculty and teaching assistants are so friendly and are with great experience and wisdom.
Other than education many other activities take place like NCC, NSS, sports competitions, inter IIT competitions, etc.,
Ragging, student and gender abuse are strictly banned

Dislikes

sometimes we have to work till midnight for any tech teams, any assignments, etc., if the submission is not done in proper time. But faculty don't keep any pressure or stress on students to do certain tasks

Placement Experience:

Job placements starts from 3rd year 2 nd semester or 4th year 1st semester. Many Multi National Companies, like Amazon, Google, Sony, etc.,, come to hire students. Almost 70 % of the students get jobs. Atfer completing graduation, few people begin their startups and other businesses with the knowledge gained in the university.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Some courses were to the point like IOT was well designed and DSA too with java programming side by side ,still as i said AIML is new branch and needs much enhancements ,the areas where they can improve was always practicals and labs those were always taken casual as i remember
