Course Curriculum Overview

I think economices is the best curriculum in college because of the deperment of economices best teacher in college they are friendly and teaching style also excellent I think does not change any course curriculum and teaching methods in economices department in economices paper level are averge

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 6000 per year

The complete cost of our education is 6000 only that including library fees, sports fees, campus fees etc the amounts of scholership we found ishan uday under the government of assam they give a 3 year duration and every year they give 50000 , that scholarship apply whose father income below 100000 and they have income certificate

Campus Life

Annual and technical festival are celebrity in college like bihu festival cultural programme, 15 th August and 26 january are hold in college etc. The range and accessibility of books and journals are different types of books we have in college if u need study college acadomic books like economices, geography, science, etc all book are available magazine also available and include daily newspaper with assamse language English technlogy in classroom have smart screen to study clearly , this college have sports week for sports different types of sports are playing in sports week, some ex - student of arya vidypeeth college have a YouTube channel that chennel to help the new student and our college have a student president they also help new student

Admission

Eligibility of the course is above the 70 % or 80%of your class 12 exam we find the application on arya vidyapeeth college. I I think there is no reservation benefits because that is only mark basis selection I think improvement of the admission process and website of arya vidyapeeth college becoues many times I have payment processing problem

Faculty

The teaching system are so good and that college change my life because of their teaching system are impect how to learn and how to study and there mentorship are excellent and they give a motivation to your life how to succeed and how to clear any govermnet exam and they give a strategy and they teach everyday in college except holiday and Sunday they always motivated us

My thoughts about my college

Likes

Faculty members of our college is very good
The thing i like that teacher in our college use projector to teach us
In our college, the students get to join various seminars, which college authorities provide us with time to time

Dislikes

The main thing which i disliked about our college is that our college campus is small if you compare it with other colleges
In our college we dont have clean toilets, and the toilets smells very bad
The next thing is that there were various construction going on in our college so for now thr college environment is healthy enough for a student to perform

As i want to appear for civil services examinations in future, so for me political science subject is helpful for my future career, in our department out faculty trach us in a decent manners, but there are some improvements needed with time

Likes

I liked the overall environment of our college
My department (Geography) Faculty members are very good.
The teachers not only help in academics but also guide us for our better well-being.

Dislikes

Construction is going on in the college campus.
Though it has gain the autonomous tag still didn't get any such benefit.
The toilets are very unhygienic and have very bad odour.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our course is very easy to understand anyone who is new to this branch or doesn't have any idea about geography can easily understand the topics through the guidance of our faculty members. They provide extra classes for better understanding of the students.

I like the way the teachers of our department interact with us. They are very friendly. The campus is very good. We had sitting place for students to sit and relax when they don't have classes. We had a good playground.
The students of silapathar college are quite wonderful, friendly, helpfull.

Dislikes

Things I don't like about my college is , the principal of our college is quite rude, doesn't interact with the students. He don't even allow to enter to his office.

I choose English literature because I want to study literature, wants to study more about people. In our department there are very few students, 60% are girls and 40% are boys. We had four teachers in our department, namely, DR. PUBALI BORA KASHYAP (Qualification: M.A, Ph.D., UGC- NET), PREM PRASAD SHARMA (Qualification: M.A, M.PHIL), Gitima Deka (Qualification: M.A., M.PHIL), Raju Pegu (Qualification: M.A, M.PHIL). The teachers take tests continuously.

Remarks:

Overall, I'd say college is very good. It is one of the finest colleges in the state. I came from elsewhere to study at this college and I don't regret my decision. I made many new friends and now I am used to the environment so it will be difficult for me to leave this place.
