College is good but if you are a person who has a dream to go to IIT or Nit you must work hard for it. College remarks also depend on your marks, if you don't have marks needed to achieve higher college you may land up here.
Course Curriculum Overview
Gujarat Technological University is the curriculum holder, which takes the university exam for engineering. Syllabus depends on the field you choose, you need to study according to it. But you need to study extra point also. I year is divided into two semesters where whole year we have a total of approximately ten subjects. Before 1st semester we have mid-seems and practical exams. Final semester exam which is the main gate exam.
Placement Experience
No, it doesn't provide. In the fourth year, we need to do an internship which is compulsory, which we need to search for ourselves and get job experience. But if you are exceptional you can get an internship with the company itself."Placement opportunity is there but not only academic is important but your skills are the most important. Maximum starting salary is about 6 to 8 lakhs. But there are many opportunities online as you take part in competitions."
College Events
Events are the best part of college life. Events such as coding competitions and hackathon. Main events are where each department holds it's competitions for various topics. All festival is celebrated in sket
Fee Structure And Facilities
It's feasible, for around 1-semester fees is 55000 rupees. We can get various scholarship such as MYSY. We need to pay fees before few days of semester start. In engineering, the college average amount is this.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are loan facilities which could be availed by the respective bank as a study loan. It depends on family income if family income is high scholarship is not available for that students. If your family income is less you can apply.
Campus Life
Sports opportunity are there but in engineering, we have more focus on the study because the whole of the time goes in attending lecture and labs. But for refreshment, you can play sports facilities are available
Hostel Facilities
Hostel infrastructure is best and has good facilities with ac and non AC rooms. Food is important to point in the hostel, but the food in the hostel is not like the food at our home. The hostel is clean and the infrastructure is good
Alumni/Alumna
Yes according to seniors getting a job is the hardest thing. To land up to your dream job you need to study hard, develop communication skills. Everything is not taught in the college you need to learn many things from your own.
Admission
So after giving exams, 60 percent of boards in counted and 40 percent of gujcet is counted. After it, you have to fill the form for selection. You need to select the college you want the field you want, diploma or degree engineering
Faculty
The faculty is good to meet students requirement. But self-study is required because in college focus is not there. Labs are provided so practical work can be done. We need to be in the discipline with faculty because they are responsible for internal marks.
