Excellent for CSE,IT,EEE,EE ETC but okay for other branches

I will suggest you that you will get very nice faculties, you will get a very good theoretical knowledge over here. For CSE, IT lots of jobs are available and also for EEE, EE, ETC but if you want to join for mechanical and civil, please don't expect more from the college. But you can get very fine theoretical knowledge.

The course curriculum isn't that much good, it is basically avg. Exam structure is really excellent. The exam is really very strict and the checking is also really very good. I won't say it makes you a better professional but you can have a good knowledge of theory, it is very hard to have good practical knowledge in this college.

Placement for this college is really very awesome but only for CSE, IT and then it comes to EEE, ETC, EE. But if you are planning to join in mechanical or civil, then please you can go for some other colleges. But if you want only to gain knowledge and will not worry about the placement, then you are welcome to join any branch.

Events like any several pujas are celebrated in the college like Ganesh puja, Saraswati Puja, Biswakrama puja etc. Then once in an academic year, we are having two fests TRIFEST and TECHFEST. In tech fest you will find lots of technical events like Metromania, CADcraze, treasure hunt etc. and in Trifest there are several cultural events like essay writing, debate, dance, monoact etc.

The fees structure was like 92000 for the first year and for the rest of the year it is 84000. It is the fee structure what we are paying now it may vary for our juniors that I don't exactly know. If you want to stay in the hostel then you have to pay an extra 60000 per year. If you avail of the transport facility then you have to pay 12000 per year. You can find lots of PG around it, so if you want you can stay there.

There are several scholarships for students of Odisha like Medhabruti, prana and for outsiders there are few scholarships also. I haven't applied for the education loan but you can have it if you want.

Campus life is really good. It is an attractive campus with a natural view. You can have 3 to 4 cafes, 1 canteen inside the college. The gender ratio is good but for mechanical it is again a heartbreak that if you are fortunate enough then you can see only 2,3 girls. Lots of outsiders are also taken admission in this college and the environment is good enough that anyone can adopt here very easily.

Senior students are very helpful. They are friendly enough to clear your doubts. And about the alumni, if you have their phone numbers then only we get in touch with them and also they help in your career what to do after graduation.

After the choice of filling and counseling, I got this college. One friend suggested I am for this college. So, I keep this college as my first choice in my choice locking form. And as I had a good score in JEE(MAIN) I got this college in the first attempt. Then, I went to college for the admission process. First, I had to fill up all the details like the transport facility or not, hostel or not etc.

It is very easy to assess to the faculty. You can directly call him or whats app him about your doubts. They will give you a particular time for the doubt clearing. They call his/her chamber to clear the doubts. They are friendly enough to clear your doubts. It is really good to have such faculties.
