Likes

The college structure the way it is made.
The teachers over there is too good the nature of Teacher is too good
The placement and internship they provide is good

Dislikes

The classes are not good at all they look like school classes
The budget they provide for practical is too less to perform a practical
Also they do not provide any budget for activity

Course Curriculum Overview

First they have to provide us a good budget for practical. Classes are too long . Teachers are good. I want to do the BHM after 12th so I was just searching for it and one of my friends suggested Uttaranchal University then I apply for it now I'm in 3rd year but the experience is good enough

My internship experience was good enough I want to go to Chandigarh and they provide me internship in Hyatt regency Chandigarh very easily. They are very supportive when it comes to internship and placement

The college provide placements to each and every person over there and also they ask you first where you want to do job and according to your Choise they ask you to sit in interviews also they teach you first how to answer

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees is quiet good like the fees of 4year course is 400000plus but they provide scholarships on Uttarakhand students, percentage of 12th girl child and on SC,ST. Which is also okay of this course

Campus Life

Campus is just amazing it is too good and too big. They focus in social media they upload good content. Also there's a lot of clubs for girls for fear for social media for awareness. The teacher over there force you to join this as it provides you a good experience

Hostel Facilities

The food is not upto the mark and the menu is good enough but the quality is average. The hostel room is not comparatively that clean. The timing is 6:30pm for girls for gate. But for boys it's 9:30 pm the outing for girls is only on Sunday but for boys it's Monday-Sunday which is not good

Admission

There's no enterance exam. You have to just fill the reservation form online. This form is provided through the website of Uttaranchal University. The admission process is easy and sorted. We just come to wisit and took admission in just half an hour

Faculty

Faculty members are good and have Friendly nature they treat us good. But there's two teachers in hotel management who seems to do partiality.

In the end going through with the fee structure the college is good

Likes

Students from various regions came here from India, so we have the Chance to meet new people and understand their way of living
I like the practical opportunities that department provide there are various practical exposure is given to a child so that he can do better
Faculty interaction, faculty is so supportive, humble, nice and understanding

Dislikes

Don't have labs for all 4 major department of hotel they don't have Front office lab and housekeeping lab, but construction work for that has started
HOD of Hotel management department he is so bad, not understand the situation of other person, not a good person
Mess food is normal it's not that bad but it's hard to get chapatis and purri, due to mass admission of students the mess is pressure, they should make one more mess

Placement Experience:

Students are eglible after the 3rd sem, campus placement is good, opportunity are given to students Companies like oberoi, Taj are common where it and jt get confirmed Don't know about the package because the department is started at 2018 so there is not much placement record available 100 percent gets the placement it is for sure I will have work experience in India for 1 year then see for opportunities in abroad

Likes

Campus Life is very fun and campus is very big and people are very friendly
Faculty uses smart board for teaching lab are good enough not that great
Placements are very nice is your are regular and have good contacts with teacher and good CGPA score

Dislikes

You have to travel alot in the campus even for small things sometimes
Boys to girls ratio is very low like 30 boys and 5-7 girls in one batch

College placement is good many people gets placement of 12lpa easily is you are good and have skills Students are eligible for placement after 1 years or after 2 semesters of college Highest pakage offer in my department is 45 lpa Highest pakage student had 9.8 CGPA Nearly 70 Percent of students gets placement

Just another average collage

Placement Experience:

One can start searching for jobs from the Fifth semester. Collage make us visit top organizations for placement or through video conferencing, like Taj, ITC, etc. The fresher package in this course is generally low or else you get a job overseas. An average package would be 2.5 lakh. 20% of guys getting placed through campus, since most of the guys don't go for campus placed jobs as the package is not convincing. I decided to go for another course and immediately after passing the course I went for a fresh new course as my postgraduate.

Placement Experience:

Placement in this college is very good nearly 90 percent of students got placed from campus by college every year. like all big five star properties come to college to take job interviews. and college has maintained a good record and relationship with the hotel.The average starting salary is between 15 to 20k.

The Best HM college of North India- Amrapali Institute of Hotel Management

Placement Experience:

Well as I see my seniors. The placement is above 90% and most of the seniors have at least two jobs. The placement record of Amrapali was the first thing that attracted me to join here. Which I read before is now I see that yes placement is awesome here. All the leading brands like Taj, Oberoi, Hyatt, Itc, etc visit for interviews.

I went for this college mainly because it is just little far from my home which is better because it near my house in just kilometres only that's why I go for this college and admission process for this college as they give scholarship of girls 5%. Things to Know about Uttaranchal University before admission.

I have applied also for Chandigarh Group of Colleges Landran and mohali , Chandigarh University and Quantum University Haridwar I have got a confirm addmission in chandigarh group of colleges mohali but I haven't got admission there as it was far away from my home. Also I got registered in Quantum University by submitting 10000 registration fees but later on I have changed my college to Uttaranchal University anyhow even I don't know why even I was selected and fulfilled the criteria for all other applied colleges.
