The top most college in srinagar for engineeeing field
Provides tremendous opportunity for a student to go forward into that
Various clubs of coding, technology robotics and much more to develop skills in the students

Dislikes

Overcrowded classes, results in the difficulty innthe interaction with the professors
High tution fees, cost of attending college can be significant burden
Poorly maintained attics and outdated facilities, it can detract from learning experiences

The overall placements in the Institute is not that much but as far as placements of IT and CSE branch is concerned it is about to 36LPA for campus placements and the core branches may get upto 20 LPA

The overall fee structure and the available scholarships can be easily seen on the official sites of the Institute. Overall fee structure is divided into three categories The below 1lac students Between 3 to 5 lac And above 5 lac students , that is updated after a while and will be uploaded to the official site

The Institute has narrowed the opportunities and have created a huge impact on the student . Students get to know about a lot of technology and other cultural activities and coding and other skillful knowledge too through various clubs.

Admission

The application process of national Institute of technology srinagar is done through JOSAA counselling after the student cracks his/her JEE mains examination. And the whole admission process till the allotment of the branch is done on JOSAA portal

Faculty

The overall faculty members typically hold advancements in their particular fields such as master, phd with theirs of experience and have the best skills of teaching. Faculty has worked in various research papers and have lot of publications and are always there to interact with the students and ready to guide them

My opinion about nit

Likes

I like the diversity and culture of college students come from all states each festival is celebrated with fun .
The infrastructure is good providing facilities like library, amphitheatre, auditorium etc.
I like college ground where we can walk and relieve from academics

Dislikes

College infrastructure can be improved in rainy season there is water accumulation at many places , water drainage system should be there .

Placement Experience:

In 7th semester student become eligible for placement. The companies visited are L &T for civil which is big company and select many students, jsw for mechanical and increff , paypal , microsoft, visa ,make my trip for IT and CSE

Likes

One thing I liked about my college is Huge campus area.
Other thing l liked about my college is good infrastructure
Another thing I liked about my college is well experienced faculty

Dislikes

The thing I disliked about my college is delay in your any complain

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements in 8th semester. Companies like L&T construction, Ambuja cement, tata , wipro, jio , Berger, infosys, IBM and many more visit the college. Highest package is around 17 LPA and average package is around 5 LPA . Almost 30 percent students get placement. My plan is to get off campus placement.

Likes

College's weather is too pleasant and the air quality is also good
The environment is also very good and also the view is very nice
Seniors are very friendly in college and also the college has strict punishment for ragging.

Dislikes

The hostel food is not upto the level that a student expect.
The facility sometimes does not able to connect with Students
Hostels are very far away from the department and students have to move very far from the hostel

Placement Experience:

The placement of our college is Average and the students are eligible in 7 semester for placement. If the student has any backlog in any of the semester they can't sit in the college placement and also it has minimum criteria of 6.5 cgpa. The percentage of students getting placement is very low sadly

A comprehensive Review

Likes

Firstally i like in my college is hostel it is located in college campus .
The second thing like in my college is campus area located in between mountain.
the last thing is about one teacher he help me in everything.

Dislikes

The first thing i do not like is transport in my college it is the major problem in my college.
The second thing is there are no proper lectures everyday one of them faculty is absent
The last thing is not a proper medical facielities

Placement Experience:

The placement at my college are fairly strong, with a focus on proving opportunities for student in both technical field and non-technical fields. various reputed companies visit our campus for placement like TCS, infosys, and many more.The highest package aroun INR 40 LPA. the majority of the offers are for cybersecurity. My plan is for business after the degree.

The faculties are top notch and very supportive and helpful
Campus life is good because it is very large campus area
We have isro and drdo in our campus which is a very good thing

Dislikes

the university is still under construction
their is limited access of resourses as it is under construction

I get this college Throgh JOSAA ( baised on Jee Mains Rank ) . This college stands good in academics but in management it needs improvement . Coming to Admission Process , It is very Simple and easy Process . You just have have to come here in Campus Once you get Alloted a seat in NIt srinagar and everthing will be very easy. NIT srinagar : A place signifying Majesty of nature and a ground for academic growth
