Course Curriculum Overview
Form begining of my course I had interest in mechanical engineering so I took it with my own interest. Teaching methods for particular course was always good. Exams were held semester wise every 6 months and in each semester one or two subjects will be tough, a good learning student can crack exam easily.
Placement Experience
After completing 6th semester students can attend campus placements , when we were there in college campus placements support was not that good and got very few companies to attend . If no placement done in college then after completing immediately go for any courses based on your interest and try applying there and if you are skilled enough in college,there only you can get an offer.
Fees and Financial Aid
We I was in first year tution fee was 55000 till I passed out I paid same amount every year but for our juniors price increased every year and University fee was around 18000 for our batch . For hostel It depends on our room may be 15000 or 20000 for room and food extra charges monthly Government scholarship I used to get it 17000 every year. In campus employment along with core companies unused to apply even for software jobs and I got one in Infosys for 300000 per annum as a system engineer.
Campus Life
There will be annual sports meet like team events individual events which can be great for sport lovers . Campus infrastructure was not that much good for enjoying.but places around college was good . The library range and accessibility of books and journals is large only few students were making use of it.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel room will be having 2 options two sharing and three sharing. Hostel buildings were older one. Rent will be different for each. Hostel food was not that much good. Some times we used to eat food outside campus. Registration process for hostel is too easy . More than college I have best memories in hostel.
Admission
Eligibility for the course is you must complete your PU or 12th and you have two options either you go for government seat by CET or go by management quota. In government quota there will be reservations for SC and ST and also goverment scholarship will be around 60000 for them . Frequency of exam is every six months they conduct semester exams in each semester one or two subjects will be tough.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio was good for 50 students in our class there was 18-20 faculties in total in department. Some faculties were too good in explaining topics and make it understanding.even some faculties used digital platform for explaining. We can interact with the faculties any time in the college hours .
