Course Curriculum Overview

2

I choosed my course curriculum because it was a new one introduced and has various opportunities. But after joining in the college i lost my expectations due to the knowledge of the teachers how teached me. Except a single male teacher, no one has never teached anything so intrestingly.Others teachers will be teaching like telling bed stories. The CAT exams will be conducted with prior notice only before 2 days. This creates a lot of stress in students. Also the end semester praticals are only anounced 2 days before the starting date.

Placement Experience

3.5

From 3rd year onwards students become eligible for attending campus placements. Mr cooper, J P Moragan, Amazon, Cisco,Cognizant and many more comapnies have visited my college and many students have got placed. The highest package offered was 12 lakhs per annum and the average is 2 lakhs per annum. For every year atmost 70% students get placed in companies.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is divided into 2, college fees and transport fees. The transport fees vary according to in what locality we live. Other than that they ask in middle of th semesters extra fees in the name of breakage fees, book fees and seminar fees. They provide scholarship to special category students and for those whose cgpa is above 8.5.

Campus Life

2.5

Our college conducts symposium for every departments with both technical and non technical events every year but the cultural event will held only once every 4 years. The laboratories are excellent with all working computers and good equpiments in mechanical labs and more. The only drawback is the social groups and clubs dont function properly.

Admission

As i applied through the government portal, i didn't attend a entry exams. I was just selected and asked to come on the admission date to discuss fee structure. There were people who guided us through the entire process on the admission days. It was a pretty good experience.

Faculty

2

90% of the faculty members are outdated and don't teach courses properly. 10% of teachers have a harsh or rude behaviour towards students. They will not perform their duties properly and hand over their works to students. The most unsatisfactory thing is that they do not teach laboratory experiments properly. Some hold grudge towards students. This is what i experienced from that college.

Placement Experience:

Placements are generally decent, with students becoming eligible from the final year. Several companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in technical and non-technical fields. Packages vary by company, and placement opportunities depend on skills and performance. Many students secure jobs, while others pursue higher studies or competitive exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because it covers important subjects related to computer science, programming, databases, networking, and emerging technologies. The combination of theoretical knowledge and practical subjects influenced my decision to choose this course. The curriculum provides a good foundation in technical concepts and programming. However, more practical projects, industry-based training, internships, and real-world applications would help students become better prepared for careers and further studies.
