What Students Say

Likes

Campus design is good and adorable, its good.
Providing facilities of labs from 1st year
Good faculties of each subject except some teachers

Dislikes

Hectic schedule, the timing of the college is very hectic just like school and it's really hard to survive and learn skills with that schedule.
Management is not good as they keep the shorter distance door closed and you have walk all the long way to reach your class in summer which is the worst thing
Advertisements are not accurate and also classrooms are not good ventilated, become a furnace during summer.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Btech is a great course, and specially electronics is too underrated branch in btech, electronics branch can be improved by providing more practical knowledge than theoretical language. Equipments are good. Exams frequency should be decreased.

Class Size: 67Course Fees: INR 115000 per year

Placement Experience

3.5

From 3rd year students are eligible for placements, for college placements it is must to clear all your backs in your previous exams. Companies visit ratio is good. Avg package is 7Lpa Highest is 55Lpa

Fees and Financial Aid

Basically the fees for the btech course is 1.15 lakhs per annum which is quite good additionally you've to pay 7500/yr to aktu for examination fees. Fees structure is bearable and also you can opt for scholarship if you're eligible for it.

Campus Life

4.5

Campus life is good to experience and also campus is broad in area, classrooms are equipped with advance equipments. Clubs involvement is also good. Fests also takes place in campus, club activities are too Good.

Admission

Eligibility criteria for btech course depends on the branch you choose Cs - 90%+ Ec - 85-90% Ee - same Me & Civil - 70%+ In first year all branches study the same syllabus throughout the year. You can upgrade your branch after 1st year by scoring good cgpa.

Faculty

3.5

Faculty to student ratio is not too big which is good for students as well as for better communication. Some faculties are too good in their academics whereas some are just not as good as they should, they behave like school teachers not like professors. They'll ask for notes, assignments, homeworks which is childish like school thing.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

I have applied for Bihar State Nalanda college, chandi. It gave me aerospace engineering. I didn't choose that because their course curriculum with their faculties and college culture is not fit for getting placement. I wanted some placement oppurtunities through my college and GCET is suitable for it because of their location and college culture. My admission process of my college is through direct admission as well as UPTAC counselling. Direct admission is for those who have low JEE ranks and outside of UP and are early comers. Counselling is for merit based admission for UP students generally with better JEE ranks than direct admission students....Read More
