Likes

The things I liked are, it has good faculty, good infrastructure and labs were good
During the placements time gitam had given pretty good training they hired cantaliver organisation to train gitam students

Dislikes

The things I disliked are it is not much diversified I believe still the regional touch is present

Course Curriculum Overview

To be honest all our course are taught in the same way like faculty would get some PPT and explaining us and we will listen to the classes, the curriculum prepares us well to attend the placements and interviews, the areas of improvements are the labs are to be taught well

Placement Experience

From 6th semester students are eligible for placements, there are many companies like Capgemini, tcs, Accenture, many more came for placements the heights package would be around 35lakhs, the percentage of students getting placed are 20-25% my plans after getting degree is to go abroad

Fees and Financial Aid

First the university will conduct an entrance exam called GAT, based on the rank we will get certain scholarship which is very helpful and easy to get a good rank too. The college fee in this tuition fee is 300000rs and hostel fee will be different which can be 65000 to 75000 I have not taken any campus jobs or internships

Campus Life

There are many fests or events will be conducted in the college as the names would change, but all these events will be conducted by cultural club which is fun and conducted every 45days The library is huge which is air conditioned and having a computer lab facility too to be honest I did not took or read books from library but the infrastructure is good the library name is KNOWLEDGE RESOURCE CENTER Every class is air conditioned, having 3D projector with surround sound system which is very good Well the sports complex is also very good gitam provides all the sports and gym activities in campus

Admission

To get into GITAM first we should write exam called GAT, eligibility criteria is 12th, the application form will be in Gitam website fee and dates will be mentioned in website it self, i would say GAT exam is easy to get good rank and avail good scholarship it is having simple questions, the admission process is good

Faculty

The faculty to student ration is 1:50, but most of faculty's or for btech CSE almost 85% faculty having PhD the faculty approach to teaching is orthodox way, but most of the faculty do share their importance of that concepts and its uses in the future job roles which is much helpful

A Great Learning Experience at Ashoka

Likes

I like that every faculty in our college supports and encourage each and every student to get placed. I also like the Training and Placement Department because they regularly organized aptitude, communication, technical trainings .
I like the innovative teaching method in our college, where we undergo with different activities that makes us to understand the concepts in an easy way

Dislikes

Network issue in college environment as well as in hostel

Placement Experience:

Campus placements start from the 3-2 semester with pre-placement training, aptitude test, coding rounds and interviews. Companies like HSBC, Prowess soft, ADP, Infinite computer solutions and many more companies visited the campus for recuritment. The average package is around 3.5 LPA while the highest package is 16.43 LPA in 2026 and varies each year. I was selected by Infinite Computer Solution in 4-1 semester itself with a package of 4.5 LPA. After my graduation, I plan to build my career in software development and enhance my techinal skills.

All the aspects are updated and modern technology, smart class rooms, seminar halls, Labs, core labs, PPT presentations etc.
the engagement with campus was very good and memorable in life, Social interactions are decent. campus Amenities was super. Clean Campus
most of the faculty Ph.D. holders and All the curriculum subjects up to date. everything is job market

Placement Experience:

Our College placements is very good, 150+ Companies visted our college and more than 990+ Students placed in Companies recently, our college hightest package was 22LPA and visited companies like, Infosys, TCS, Meesho, EvokeTechnologies, Envidia, Deloitte, Snovasys, TATA electronics, Meil, Cntl S. Etc.

Likes

Infrastructure at the college is good and facilities are available.
Faculty will teach the complete syllabus nd if any student is having doubts, they can approach the faculty to get their doubts clarified.
Regular, assessment tests are being conducted to know the knowledge of the students.

Dislikes

Multiple tests to assess students in various aspects.
More co-curricular and extra curricular activities have to be there.

Placement Experience:

The college offers placements to its students. The college invited more than 30 software companies to the college annually where students can apply based on the criteria mentioned by the company and interest of the students. The placed students count is also good compared to the eligible students count.

Pace institute of technology and sciences have 26 clubs to train the students on their interested path (like Ml club for machnine learning and AI club for knowing the technologies in AI) it also have NCC and NSS
The college culture wasvery good and management also helpful and supportive, it also have modernised auditorium for guding the huge member of students and to conduct high level meeting in the college it also have good transport facilites
this college have well maintained digital class rooms with good projector facility and advanced smart board equipped seminar hall

Placement Experience:

Every students eligible for placements in the 3rd year, Top Mnc companies visit the campus like Infosys, TCS, Meesho, Deloite, Meil, control s, etc. highest placement is 22 Lakhs per anum and the average package is 6LPA it provides perfect placement with top companies have supperate cell for training and placement with highlyknowldged faculty.

Why Kl university

Likes

I like the infrastructure of my university
College life is very good and there will be no stress
The Teaching and non teaching staffs are very good and supportive

Dislikes

The thing I disliked is the timings of the classes
Another thing is to travel for long time if you are local

I would rate the circulam 10 out of 10 because in our cirrculum we will learing skills like dbms, full stack which will we useful in our placements. we have two mid examinations first 50% of the syllabus will be on mid1, another 50% will be mid2 and one semeter end exam.

There's nothing really left to like ....
The University has multiple types of degrees and courses present but low placements
The university is really a huge and vast place but unclean

Dislikes

Dirty washrooms, no hygeine,no maintenance
Old and unclean hostel rooma, worst infrastructure
Unclean mess food , no hygeine, toxic...

Placement Experience:

The campus placements of this college are partial, there are not really best offers made to this college but just average and the average package could be around may be 20 k?. I could say not More than 30 percent of the students aren't offered placements.

GITAM School of Law provides admission to law students of all three background be it Arts, Commerce, or Science.
