Likes

Labs, workshops and canteen was fine.Great environment
Security level of university is great, most of the time its haryana police.
My university has a daikin installed laboratory for electrical engineering undergrads. It gave me a motivation and a direction to think of applying in Daikin cause it has roots from where I belong.

Dislikes

Faculty is the worst and most courrpted.
No events like fest are conducted in campus
Academic opportunity are less in campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is great, still I feel need of adding new things about tech that is in trend but it's fine. It gives very soothing knowledge about real life implementation of course. Maybe the unnecessary subjects should be removed

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities are quite less for 1 internship seat. nearly 150 students apply and it's a hard to get game. faculty and placement cell doesn't do much about it. and moat of the time students have to go ofcampus to find an internship on their own.

Placement Experience

Placement percentage is quite low, out of 70 students in a class only 15-20 gets placed on campus. Highest package goes up to 4000000 and lowest up to 100000. Placement opportunity should be more in the campus in upcoming years.

Fees and Financial Aid

fee for per semester is 45000/- total 8 semesters. reservation scholarship are available. Ews, st, sc and tfw categories get relaxation in fees. other than that private scholarship are there for jee topper students.

Campus Life

Overall it's nice, you made bunch of nice friends and if you are socially active then it's a great experience. For fun the students mostly plan trips and all. sport facilities is good. you get volleyball, cricket, football, kabadi, chess and many other games.

Admission

Should have cutoff scoring marks in jee. jee mains is Coumplusory to get admission. haryana domicile girl students get 35? seat reservations. tfw, st and sc categories also embark for reservation. admission should be reservation free

Faculty

2.5

Faculty to student ratio is fine. The qualifications is also nice cause all the professor are atleast mtech graduates. Interaction is also quite nice. But the main thing is the teaching methods, the behavior of faculty and no new exposure to tech.

Practical exposure and good learning opportunities.

Likes

Professors in my department are very knowledgeable and helpful.
College provide you the best experience in events and fest. You can participate to enhance your skills.
College have wide variety of clubs and societies to participate and groom yourself.

Dislikes

Fine culture is very bad. Many bouncers roam around to cut your fine for not wearing I'd card,etc.
Hostel food is ok ok. Although keeps on complaining they respond very slowly and not students oriented.
Hostel is not worthy, they didn't respond to students grievance properly, that's why I left hostel

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities in B.Pharm are reasonable good but along side we students must focus on developing our own real world skills, the faculty help us to grow with industry ready skills. Good placement options are available in QA,QC, RnD, Pharmacovigilence department. According to me placement cell of KRMU is supportive but they unable to attract good placement packages. Avg package in B.Pharm is around 4-4.5L /year

My Overall Experience at college has been very positive.

Placement Experience:

I feel pretty secure about my career because our training opens door that normal degrees just can't match. Our seniors land roles as risk analysts and foreign policy researchers, even secruing great spots at top think tanks right after graduation. Some even interned at Niiti Consulting, and others got into ShowTime Consulting and Stimuler. Seeing people land roles at Lead Tech and the BCG Graduate Apprenticeship Program gives me massive confidence for placements.

My Experience in JC Bose University

Likes

I like the claim and composed environment, no one shouting or making noise
Each buliding have lift which help reach higher floor easily
Having strong alumni association which help student get placement

Dislikes

I don't like the paper work delay during the admission after paperwork
Campus less crowded places are not maintained very well
Older buliding classes don't have ac in the classroom

In Electrical course we have many kind have course which design for solving various kind of problem in field , BSC ( Basic science course ) , ESC ( Engineering Science Course ) , DSC ( Disciplinary specialized Course ) , VAC ( Value Added Course ). Professors teaches with real life example and use 3D shape and animation to explain things easily.

The College Camaraderie

Likes

The campus was huge, and though infrastructure wasn't modern it was spacious and indulgent.
The faculty was especially kind and generous. The lab was also fully functional.
The library had a large range of books available with the curriculum also being up to date.

Dislikes

The male students of the college tends to get a bit rude and invasive sometimes.
The classes of other domains weren't regular.
Not much availibility of extra curricular activities for science major students

Course Curriculum Overview:

I enjoyed physics and maths as a school student so chose BSc course including the studies of all three- Physics, Chemistry and Maths. The modern physics part and the practical aspect of mathematics intrigued me. Though the curriculum of maths wasn't that comprehensive and was majorly all theory based. Maths syllabus can be enhanced by practical applications of examples rather than just be all about the theorems. The teaching method was good. The frequency of maths exam was 3 per semester, with three full books syllabus to be covered for each exam with mostly theory.

JGU is delightful place!!

Likes

JGU Campus can match any international campus as it is that kind of a campus.
We have a sports stadium inside the university and nearly 20 sports facilities are included within.
Campus offers a splendid night life as well as students here can be seen roaming at the campus till 2 am as it is new normal here.

Dislikes

Most students here are not so serious about studies here as they are rich brats.
Intenrships we still have to find on our own as college doesn't provide from their end.

Placement Experience:

EY, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and all other companies which defies international economics are the ones which recruits students of JGU. Theh even conduct seminars and workshops and tells us the things which we need to add in our arsenal to be fit and ready for placements. Jindal Students of Economics easily score placements worth 5-7 lakhs and nearly all the students who wish for placements gets it too.

I was influenced by the pattern of syllabus done in this college and the seriousness of the faculty members. The curriculum prepares me a lot for competiting in the real world. Improvement is needed in the labs. The difficulty level of exams is mediocre and exams are taken twice an year

I like study the teacher study in class.

All students of this college are good they feel free to live here.

Smoking in campus i didn't like this in this college.
No comfortable sitting plans in this college.
Narrow Line and no drinkable water in this collge.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Say anything about this college but i will not suggest to take BCA in this college. In other hand all teachers are giving their 100 to taught students better in College. I think they have to use digital service to teach im doing BCA and they still teaching like am taught by a school classrom by a school teacher.

Campus should have few more things like open air theatre, basketball court.

I chose this course because i have a keen interest in animals. I love to treat them. If you have interest in gaining knowledge about animals and you like to treat them, then this course is great. Apart from studies CCA activities also occurs here every Saturday. There is a gap of around 2 months between all the three internals then after 1 month gap external exams occurs
