Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

As I was in Mechatronics branch our course curriculum was mostly a mixture of basics of subjects like Mechanical, Electronics and Computer Science. This diversity of the course made me to choose it as it would allow me to explore plathora of fields in future and would also allow me to have the best place in the industry.

Internships Opportunities

2.5

From last year they have started to bring companies for internships to our college. Companies like Bosch, Sharpline, Pinnacle, etc are some of the companies that are interested for student interns from our college. Most of the companies offer roles related to techisians and machine supervisor.

Placement Experience

4

Our college ensures 100% campus placement and they really do it well. They bring good companies to the college. The companies usually offer an average package of 4 - 7 lakhs depending on the students knowledge towards the course. For last 3 years they brought Samsung to our campus, they took 4 students form my branch for a package of 10.5 lakhs for each student. After completing the degree I am looking forward for placements for a decent job in a reputed company.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is what they should reconsider to be modified, it is a bit expensive for what they are providing to us. They don't allow for scholarships as they are there to make money. They usually select students as per the score in their inhouse entrance test which they organize for every student.

Campus Life

3.5

There are too many committees and clubs into our college, they include sports, different competitions relate to robotics, coding, electric racing cars, sports, performing arts, etc. They don't have a good hold in sports as I think the college don't pay the sports committees well to organise any tournaments, so to do any activities related to sports the participant has to pay entry fee i.e. even for the selection for a college level team.

Admission

As I admitted to the college during the COVID-19 pandemic the addmission process was as per axpected. Initially they required all the marksheets and the documents required for admission which was then discussed among the addmission department for the eligibility of the student. Then they called us to visit the college for counselling of the course and introduce to us about other courses they provide into the college. One thing that I didn't like was they didn't allow for any relief towards payments regarding anything in the college. Overall it was a good experience.

Faculty

3.5

All faculty members were highly qualified, some of them were pursuing their PhDs and some already had their PhDs with them. They had complete knowledge about their subjects, they used to link the book theory to the practical examples during their lectures

Interview Experience

2.5

No, as I was a bit late for the admission they didn't made me to appear for any of the above mentioned. But from my classmates I got to know that they take their own inhouse entrance test, that's all they do for taking in students for their campus. They follow the standard criteria for the eligibility of the students for the courses.
