- Although the campus is great some what of the departments are placed far from the main campus which I personally dont find it delightful
Course Curriculum Overview
The course im pursuing (BBA) has a great curriculum approach, it has a vast syllabus and it really focuses on improving all aspects of a prospective manager. It also links it with real life situations when it comes to communication skills as a manager.
Placement Experience
Campus placements are not that good in Chandigarh University, although finding your own job is always an option, campus placements makes it easy to do so, but the package and the competition is tough to get through.
Fees and Financial Aid
Okay so the fees per semester for my course is aeound 76000 inr, and scholarships are provided by cucet exam, thats Chandigarh university's own entrance exam, its a online exam and according to your score you get your scholarship and then need a minimum cgpa to maintain throughout the course. Campus placements are somewhat okay, bba placements are not that great afterall. But the top package is around 4-5lpa
Campus Life
On campus life is the best I've experienced, the club involvements, each club has some event lined up every month or week, wheter flashmobs by dance club or sports event by the sports club, its a great on campus life.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel life is also great, spent a year in hostel, now living in a flat i can say both have its own pros and cons, but flat definitely offers you more freedom, hostel is great for newcomers and to understand the place and the living alone life.
Admission
Admission process is pretty simple, you just sign up online and give the cucet exam, and there is no as such cut off, cucet exam is only to avail scholarship and a seat in the course. So admission process was quite simple and i liked it.
Faculty
The faculty is great and really professional. They teach well and make uou understand everything perfectly, they also let you ask for extra classes, plus all of them are highly qualified. They have great teaching material as well.
