There is no confusion about how good is the faculties, academics or the infrastructure. But the college management is very strict about dress, behavior,attendance. They charge a huge sum of money as a fine. But overall it is a very good college if want to make your career in management field.
Entrance Preview
So I choose DBS because it is the best you can get. I got other offers from Symbiosis, SRM and VIT but it is the best among all. DBS is very good for building your carrier and shaping them. It is the place where you get many opportunities that one is looking for.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is perfectly designed according to the current corporate needs. It is designed in such a manner that you will get both practical as well as theoretical knowledge. There are regular industry visits along with guest lecturers coming to impart their practical knowledge about corporate world.
Internships Opportunities
Yes our college provide paid intership for a duration of 2-3 months. The average stipend is ?5000-10000 pm. Although I have no experience since I am in the first year. But it is compulsory to do intership.
Placement Experience
This is the most talk about part by all. DBS is known for its good placement record. The average placement for Postgraduate courses is about ?4-6 lacs average. Last year the highest package was about ?12 lacs per annum. The average package for BBA graduate is about ?2.5-4lacs
College Events
DBS is known for its celebration, be it Manfest or Daihandi. Manfest is the annual inter college fest. Besides that it also celebrates Daihan, Dandiya Nights, Halloween, New Year, Christmas,Bollywood Night, Holy, Janmasthami, Republic Day, Independence Day.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is on a moderate side. Although if you compare with other private colleges then it is really feasible. The ROI for the postgraduate course is very good.Although it slightly on expensive note for the undergraduate courses like BBA, Bcom.

Yes DBS provides scholarships for those who scored more than 85% in class 12.It also provides loan facilities.
Campus Life
Campus life is very good for those who want to participate. Different types of sports and extracurricular activities are carried out. There are about 18 clubs to join. For example football club, financial club, marketing club, music clubs, debate club etc.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facilities are very good in comparison with other hostels. It got a very good infrastructure. But the mess food is not at all good. Besides that there is also a provision of late fines for late entries to hostel. The mess provides both non veg as well as veg food.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network is very strong. There is an alumni meet arranged every year. The senior students are also very friendly and helpful in nature. Ragging is strictly prohibited.
Exam Structure
Exam structure is very simple. There are 2 semesters in 1 year. There is an internal of 30 marks and semester of 70 marks. Exams are well structured with mcq patterns as well as long answers. So there is no such stress ar exam pressure for the students.
Admission
I had first applied online with class 10 and 12 marks. Then I got a call Gd and PI round. After that the final merit list is prepared. There is also an option for Skype interview. There is also a case study test taken to test your conceptual and logical reasoning power.
Faculty
The faculty of this college is top class. They are well experienced professors who have an immense knowledge of the corporate world. They are very helpful in nature also. Faculty are highly educated, they are pass out from top B-schools of our country.
