I like the eco friendly environment of my campus .
the principal of my college is very cooperative
teachers are highly educated and they use different types of methods to teach

Dislikes

I don't like the long time assembly in summer season
in summer they don't provide chilled water
washroom are not cleaned properly. We have to suffer from awful smell

The 4.1 + grade of my campus and the eco friendly environment and college for only girls are some aspects that influenced me to this college and this course I had chosen because i took keen interest in english.

the complete cost of my course is 22000 per year and my course is of two years . some students are appreciated with the fee concession who scored well in the exams. students belongs to schedule cast and tribal cast given scholarship too.

Youth festival and grand mela and fairwell and annual meet and convocation are held in our college. smart classes are available. properly furnished science labs are available. sports meet held every year in my college campus

Admission

the eligibility of my course is that you have to pass your graduation with minimum 55% of marks . you can find the application form both ways offline and online online through the college website and offline by visiting the college. there is no difficulty to pass the exams . I suggest that simplify the admission process.

I have passed my Master of English in lockdown during this pendamic session students suffered alot but teachers of my campus are very helpful. online classes were going on. we were interacted with our teachers daily through zoom app . and we can connect with them anytime of th day .

Dislikes

Student Engagement- It's the final sem and I'm still unaware of the names of batchmates; Network issue; No real campus vibe;
In our batch, out of around 20-30 students per class, only 5-6 are boys.

Placement Experience:

Placements come through the online portal, with an average pacakge of 3 lakh LPA. I plan to prepare for govt. exams ans explore content writing after completing the course. Opportunities are there if you actively apply.

Likes

The exposure is brilliant as people from different ethnic groups and cultures stay together
The management is very strict, which ensures quality education
A lot of events take place which creates a healthy learning atmosphere

Dislikes

Too much work, sometimes becomes burdensome
A lot of evaluation based tests along with assignments
This year number of assignment sometimes makes other productive work in one personal life and unmanageable

The course is pretty relevant to the contemporary and historic times, and it also gives you an edge because the curriculum involves a lot of activities and practice based, or we can say practical based activities and assignments which may include research papers. S says and other creativity and technical aspects.

Staff is very nice, calm and well qualified

Classes are small in size according to the strength of students

I have opted Master's in Economics. The curriculum for this course was very good. As I have studied 5 books in one semester. All are related to practical world. There was Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Agricultural economics, Quantitative methods etc. The area required for improvement is digital transperancy and online work structure for the curriculum. College is following blackboard method which is main drawback in this digital world so there is need for the improvement. There are 2 exams taken in one semester. Firstly the house tests and then the main exam. House test consist of one hour and the main exam of 3 hours. Exams are moderate

Events can be organized a bit better more neatly

Course Curriculum Overview:

Faculty of the institution is very good. Most faculty members are highly educated and qualified with a strong base in reserach. The student to faculty ratio is also good there are enough faculties to teach a batch of about 50 students. The exams although taken timely feel a bit rushed and the confirmation of syllabus comes at the last minute.

In Dev Samaj College the process was very easy, just fill the form and you will get admission on the basis of your 12th percentage. I also applied for Panjab University.
