I like many things about my college. The infrastructure of the college is great. Many facilities are provided by the college including Wi-Fi

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is good. The exams are also in the same pattern as other colleges in Andhra. We will have the practical knowledge that is labs, for every theoritical subject. The exam should be conducted with some more difficulty than present.

Internships Opportunities

Many internships are provided through aicte, Salesforce etc. Many students are getting internship opportunities and also have abroad opportunities for the students with scholarships provided by the college.

Placement Experience

From the last of 3rd year 2nd semester you will get placement opportunities to attend for the interviews of the companies. Many companies like cognizant, Wipro, Mindtree, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Cap Gemini etc visit our college to hire students. Above 60% of students gets placed in the campus placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

If you get seat through EAMCET you will have reimbursement of full fee. The will be 70000 and if you are not applicable to reimbursement then you will have to pay the 70000. You will also have additional fees for the books, library maintenance, and uniform.

Campus Life

I have a good experience in our campus. The facilities within the classrooms are great. You will have a LED screen to present. In the March of every year we will have our annual day, on the birthday of chairman Manchu Mohan Babu Garu, and in the month of October we will have Mohana Mantra, The biggest fest of our college.

Hostel Facilities

The main hostel of our college located inside the campus. The college hostel is highly secured and also hygienic. You will have AC and non AC rooms in the hostel. Quality of the food is also good. There are many PGs outside the campus, which are owned by the college and some private owners.

Hostel Fee: INR 100000 per year

Admission

In my joining year, it was Sree vidyaniketan Engineering College and not Mohan Babu University. When I was in 3rd year, our college converted to University. To take admission in the college, the entrance exam is MBUCET. Based on the rank in the MBUCET, you will get scholarships.

Faculty

There are separate faculty for each branch and each academic year. It is easy to interact with professors and take their guidance. They are very supportive and also provide us with many internship opportunities. They clear all our doubts. They will be available in staff rooms even if it's not their class and we can ask doubts.

A Great Learning Experience at Ashoka

I like that every faculty in our college supports and encourage each and every student to get placed. I also like the Training and Placement Department because they regularly organized aptitude, communication, technical trainings .
I like the innovative teaching method in our college, where we undergo with different activities that makes us to understand the concepts in an easy way

Dislikes

Network issue in college environment as well as in hostel

Placement Experience:

Campus placements start from the 3-2 semester with pre-placement training, aptitude test, coding rounds and interviews. Companies like HSBC, Prowess soft, ADP, Infinite computer solutions and many more companies visited the campus for recuritment. The average package is around 3.5 LPA while the highest package is 16.43 LPA in 2026 and varies each year. I was selected by Infinite Computer Solution in 4-1 semester itself with a package of 4.5 LPA. After my graduation, I plan to build my career in software development and enhance my techinal skills.

the engagement with campus was very good and memorable in life, Social interactions are decent. campus Amenities was super. Clean Campus
most of the faculty Ph.D. holders and All the curriculum subjects up to date. everything is job market

Our College placements is very good, 150+ Companies visted our college and more than 990+ Students placed in Companies recently, our college hightest package was 22LPA and visited companies like, Infosys, TCS, Meesho, EvokeTechnologies, Envidia, Deloitte, Snovasys, TATA electronics, Meil, Cntl S. Etc.

VIIT - What all you need.

Likes

Infrastructure at the college is good and facilities are available.
Faculty will teach the complete syllabus nd if any student is having doubts, they can approach the faculty to get their doubts clarified.
Regular, assessment tests are being conducted to know the knowledge of the students.

Dislikes

Multiple tests to assess students in various aspects.
More co-curricular and extra curricular activities have to be there.

Placement Experience:

The college offers placements to its students. The college invited more than 30 software companies to the college annually where students can apply based on the criteria mentioned by the company and interest of the students. The placed students count is also good compared to the eligible students count.

Pace institute of technology and sciences have 26 clubs to train the students on their interested path (like Ml club for machnine learning and AI club for knowing the technologies in AI) it also have NCC and NSS
The college culture wasvery good and management also helpful and supportive, it also have modernised auditorium for guding the huge member of students and to conduct high level meeting in the college it also have good transport facilites
this college have well maintained digital class rooms with good projector facility and advanced smart board equipped seminar hall

Placement Experience:

Every students eligible for placements in the 3rd year, Top Mnc companies visit the campus like Infosys, TCS, Meesho, Deloite, Meil, control s, etc. highest placement is 22 Lakhs per anum and the average package is 6LPA it provides perfect placement with top companies have supperate cell for training and placement with highlyknowldged faculty.

Likes

I like the infrastructure of my university
College life is very good and there will be no stress
The Teaching and non teaching staffs are very good and supportive

The thing I disliked is the timings of the classes
Another thing is to travel for long time if you are local

I would rate the circulam 10 out of 10 because in our cirrculum we will learing skills like dbms, full stack which will we useful in our placements. we have two mid examinations first 50% of the syllabus will be on mid1, another 50% will be mid2 and one semeter end exam.

There's nothing really left to like ....
The University has multiple types of degrees and courses present but low placements
The university is really a huge and vast place but unclean

Dislikes

Dirty washrooms, no hygeine,no maintenance
Old and unclean hostel rooma, worst infrastructure
Unclean mess food , no hygeine, toxic...

Placement Experience:

The campus placements of this college are partial, there are not really best offers made to this college but just average and the average package could be around may be 20 k?. I could say not More than 30 percent of the students aren't offered placements.

My Experience at Mohan Babu University

I applied to multiple colleges during my admission process, including VIT (AP), SRM AP, KL University, and a few local engineering colleges through AP EAPCET. I received confirmed admission from Mohan Babu University and a couple of tier-2 private colleges, while some higher-ranked universities either had higher cutoffs or much higher fees. I chose Mohan Babu University (MBU) mainly because of its strong infrastructure, disciplined academic environment, and relatively better placement support compared to other colleges where I got admission. While SRM AP and VIT AP had good brand value, their overall fees were significantly higher, including hostel and miscellaneous charges.
