Likes

Infrastructure will be very good.Experienced professors,vast laboratories,a big library with different kind of books
Hostel management is good.Food provided will be good too.
Excellent knowledge gaining courses,skill development classes

Dislikes

Fees will be somewhat high.Time restrictions is more
No non veg is allowed for students. Hostel students can't able to eat what they like
Maintainence is very good but they may improvise it

With my own interest I selected the department BIOTECHNOLOGY. And in my college they added multiple significant point to accelerate my liking towards my course.The curriculam they follow is really good.The courses will help us and give a vast knowledge over the department. Which helps to get interest in other fields too...

Placement Experience

Since I am still studying I am not aware of the placement procedures but from my senior I heard some things.i can share it From 3 rd year they will start pre placement training. Lots of IT companies will visit For my department 2-3 companies is hiring

Fees is not too more of too less.Its moderate.while coming to hostel ( the accomodation) it's quite good.16000 for 4 in 1 per year is affordable.mess fees have to be paid monthly.academically 75000+5%increase every year is okay.but they are adding multiple unwanted things to pay also.

Daksh for technical event Kurukshastra for non technical event Carpe diem for extracurricular activities Colosseum for games (indoor and outdoor) Lots of club is available over the college which helps in character development

All types of room is available 4 3 2 in 1 and single room Food providing system is also good Cleaning procedure also quite fine Menu contains different dishes it won't repeat Registration process is easy only

Admission

It's purely based on merit system. NRI quota is available too. No reservations and donations ! Application system is totally available in internet.they have their separate portal for these things. No entrance exams just our jee and board exam marks

All are professional faculties who is having many years of experience.while comparitives experience equal to our age.If we approach them they will help us definitely.they will be kind and friendly too.students will assigned with mentors who often check the students with their academic life and help us to overcome any difficulties.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

It's like Schools .There will be special class if you didn't get much marks like schools .

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.

The reason i choose this college because of the really good placements available in it. The different between the college i applied for and sastra will be Reputation: In my surroundings sastra have a great goodwill and Reputation compared to other colleges. Placements: sastra provide wide range of placements and opportunities while other colleges have limited options. Academic: sastra provide a great faculty , other diploma to add on which adds great value and research opportunities. I applied for sastra and srm in trichy, i got selected in both the colleges but i choose sastra Over srm. I choose sastra because of it's quality education.
