TN Engineering Entrance Examination 191/200. There was state level examination held and college was alloted based on single window system conducted by Anna University .
Course Curriculum Overview
There was not much scope on research. The curriculum was good and focused on the course you have selected. If we get the core concepts we would be able to relate to the real world phenomenons and products we use. Overall the curriculum is good and related to the course tou have selected .
Internships Opportunities
Yeah our college provides internship. The companies like Infosys provide the internship but not sure about the stipend. There were two three German companies which were providing internship with a fat stipend but not sure about the accurate sum.
Placement Experience
The placement and the job opportunities are good. We have very good campus placements compared to the competitive colleges. In the first slot u get companies like TCS, Infosys and Wipro. We mostly got IT companies. There wasn't much core companies placement .
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure was nominal and it was well below other competitive colleges around us. The fee was around 450000 per year.
Fees and Financial Aid
No the college dint provide any scholarships nor loan facility to the deserving students. The fee has to be paid on or before the date stipulated.
Campus Life
The college dint have much facility such as student/dorm parties,workshops,cultural societies. There was not much tolerance to girls and boys communication. The college was very strict. There was no racial,religious or gender level discrimination. The equality was always maintained.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network is really good. We get birthday cards from college even after 5 years since we passed out.
Faculty
The faculty were poor and they were not enough trained. They would just copy the notes from local author in a paper and read out during the class .They were really not reachable if we were to clear our doubts.
