What Students Say

Likes

The campus is clean the environment is quite impressive

Dislikes

The attendance thing like they are too serious for that

Course Curriculum Overview

I have IT (Information Technology) which is very good i can and I'm learning alot of things right now in my opinion this is one the best in engineering due to all the computer related stuffs which are highly demanded

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 179000 per year

Internships Opportunities

3.5

There a good opprtunity available in the campus for internship if you have good skills and knowledge ,lots of companies came in that allows students to grab the opportunity. Companies like Zomato Netflix Microsoft etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

I think fee structure is good it can be a bit low as per the teaching we are getting no extra curricular activities nothing we just start a sem teacher gave us assignment practical and all we are done write your exam...I don't have idea about fee hike because I'm new to this same with scholership

Campus Life

I really liked the campus evryone is quite friendly and helpful there and lots of club activities are there.Yearly fest held in our college which is very fun to attend. Our classroom doesn't even have white board teacher connect their laptop to projector and shows us on black board and wall which is very unprofessional

Admission

Admission process was tiring they let us stand outside of the clg for 1 hour no update nothing I'm lateral entry student when they let us come in we were givin form to fill our branch choices and wait till they cleared the Fee dd amount

Faculty

3.5

Some of them are quite good and teach very well with passion and desire and take their job very seriously and then come the other half who don't even take their respective class then wanted us to give and write assignment all the sem and don't even know how to teach

My experience studying at NSIT

Likes

Placement was among the best and most the top companies visited
Infrastructure was appreciable with no major shortage of laboratories
Senior-Junior interaction compensated the average faculty

Dislikes

Outdated curriculum negatively impacted the conceptual clarity
Too difficult to secure good grades due to strict marking
Mediocre support provided to student led initiative

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum was evidently outdated and irrelevant to modern engineering challenges and could have severely disadvantaged students' learning outcomes. Although, interaction with seniors compensated this.

How Good B.Tech. from JAMIA MILLIA ISLAMIA is?

Likes

Here in Jamia the faculty is very experienced in their fields , they make you feel Engineering and not to just read books. there teaching methods are amog the top in the nation
the curriculum not just focus on your engineering but also focuses on your personality development.
the infrastructure itself gives you the feel of oldness and the reputation of the college.

Dislikes

one bad thing is its less availability of Hostel rooms .
there is a very strict rule of 75% attendance .

Placement Experience:

Placements at Jamia Millia Islamia are not too high or too low and depend on the branch. Students can apply for placements starting from their 7th semester. Big companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and some startups come to recruit. The average salary offered is between 7 to 8 lakhs per year, but there are not many students who get higher packages. About 40 to 60 percent of students get placed. Many students also work on getting into higher studies or look for jobs outside the campus after they finish their degree.

The Dream College Life

Likes

The campus is completely different from the whole city, it is more cleaner and is quiet peaceful with various different beautiful views at different points and is not too big so could easily walk through the campus.
Has really great architecture of the buildings and is surrounded by really intelligent people including some over the top profs and some really great minds from the country.
The night life is completely different and is one of the best part of staying in campus.

Dislikes

some of the hostels are quiet old and need renovation.

Placement Experience:

If you study passionately and have decent communication skills and some important competencies, I assure you that you will secure a position in a great company. Here at IIT Delhi, you earn what you work for; you can receive salary packages as high as 2 crores, but some offers start as low as 4 lakhs per annum.

I choose this college because this offers a good balance of academics, and location .Compared to othercolleges BPIT has decent placement opportunities and a disciplined academic environment .Also its location in Delhi povides better exposureand careeropportunities . The admission process is mainly based on the entrance exams and centralised counselling .After registrationon the IPU portal, students participate inchoice filling and seat allotment .Once the seat is alloted , they need to pay the fees and complete document verification....Read More
