The curriculum involved in this University is awesome because they provide student life club which helps students to ensure their needs.spirts curriculum would be there for the students intrested in sports.

Placements in our college is average and the no.of companies visit in college is good but the students in college not have required skills ,so don't bother on the companies visit you should train yourself .

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes,our university have tution fee increasing policy.For the students who joined in the 2024 their tution fee is around 3 lakhs and it gradually increase ,finally when it comes to fourth year it would be around 3.65 lakhs of tution fee.They provide EMI option to pay fee and they provide scholarship according to your ranks

Campus Life

The infrastructure provided in college is good and have a capability of ensuring students involving in club activity and the club leaders allow the students to participate and get encouraged by the teachers and there would be no disappreciation

Admission

The process involved is GAT examination which would bring your admission to Gitam University and the application fee for the Entrance exam would be around 1500 rupees and the scholarship also be given through this examination also

Faculty

In Gitam University Banglore we can have a mentor for every 25 students and the career guidance would given properly by the mentors and even the faculty they are having are pursuing/completed their PHD in various fields

Is NIAT worth the hype? My honest student review

Likes

You actually get to do things instead of just listening to lectures
The learning environment feels quite active
We have good exposure to the tech industry

Dislikes

The workload can get too intense sometimes
Not everything feels like a traditional college experience
The overall cost is a concern as it is a bit high

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the NIAT curriculum around four out of five. In my opinion, it is good that the curriculum is not only based on theoretical studies. The inclusion of coding, projects, assignments, and practical knowledge is quite engaging for the students, as they can apply the acquired information in practice. Additionally, I find the curriculum up to date compared to the standard Btech syllabus, which mainly focuses on theoretical background. However the curriculum could have fewer assignments, as some of them are rather time consuming and require additional study to achieve a better understanding of a particular subject.

My Honest Review of My College

Likes

The Opportunity for Sports is very Good as there are many games available.
Support for the new project ideas and building them
The environment is very Greenish and is beautiful in every season

Dislikes

The Curriculum is very hectic and also the students face issue in keeping up with curriculum.
Not All teachers are convincing, as some of them don't deliver the concepts correctly.
Washrooms usually don't have water in here, especially in the morning

Placement Experience:

- The students become eligible for placements from the 6th sem itself. - There are lot of companies ranging from Samsung to Infosis to TCS which provide a package ranging from 4LPA to 34LPA. - Highest Package (This year): 34LPA and Lowest is 4LPA. - Students placement stats: Around 80% students get placed - My plan is to get into a good Product Based Company after my degree.

The coaching here is good but one thing is you need you cope up
Transdiciplinary project centric learning

From 2nd year they give placement training..mostly from 6th sem they allow us for placements this year the highest paid is 54Lacks per annum mostly 90 percentage of students gets placed my plan is to for a good job

faculties can be easily approched for doubt solving
seniors are also friendly and quite helpful
labs have sufficient infrastructure, in proper working condition

Dislikes

teaching is mainly in regional languange
placements are about 40 to 50 percent, placements in core is bit difficult
correction for core courses are tough, .

campus placements is pretty good, from 6th sem students are allowed to take placements pretty good companies like synopsis, qualcomm, samsung and many other top requirters do come for placements. there are few people who even with backlogs have placed so it depends on the student capabilty to get placed.

KSIT - A good college with everything mixed level.

Likes

Good teachers, very friendly & teaching is good.
Easy to travel due to multiple transports.

Dislikes

Small infrastructure as the area is too small.
Not have ground to play when students are free

Placement Experience:

The on-campus usually starts in 6th Semester. A company called MathCo was the first company it came for the role of analyst. Around 5-7 people got selected. The average package would be usually around 4-4.5 LPA, but highest package was 6.25 from PlanetSpark for role of Sales. The percentage is nearly to 10-12%. After degree, get a job and work for atleast 2 years for learning current trends is my basic thought as of now.

ya the overall infrastructure is good and company placements there was well wishers in that time
teaching is not what i expected but good
mentorship quality is ok,faculty expertise is ok ,profeeional department is medium

Dislikes

they where strict and needed some cultural event for every month of one year
they dependent for notes in their classes where this is not i am interested
they will call for the phone for every wrong things to tell their parents

the curriculum was not inflenced by the decision and where the choosen course was clear and academic marks was good the teching methods need to be very friendly and didnt strict to be done so where then its superb the timing of exams is correctly done and perspective for the difficulty level appliction speceific for the students in their real wor examples
