ENTRANCE PREVIEW
This college provides ample opportunities for an individual to grow. This college has designed its syllabus in such a way that you can target higher exams and clear them like CSIR net and DBT. The faculty here are really helpful and enthusiastic all the time.
FEE STRUCTURE AND FACILITIES
The fees here is feasible even without a scholarship. The fees are not high but for few courses like hotel management and MBA can be a little expensive. Unlike amity, it has very least fees. The hostels also cost 50000 for 4 seater beds. And the food also costs about 30000 a year.
PLACEMENT WING
The placement is really great in Lpu. Packages go up to 26-30 LPA for courses like CSE and the average package is 3-4LPA. Competition is everywhere but lpu also gives you coaching for placement interviews and other stuff through their placement classes held weekly.
ADMISSION
I did my bachelor's in biotechnology from this place so I appeared for lpunest, an exam they conduct to give scholarship and I scored 75.5/90 and got a scholarship of 20000 per semester. Direct admission is also possible but no scholarship will be given. If your father is in defense then you get a defense quota of 10% of your course fees.
HOSTEL FACILITIES
Hostels are average and the mess is also good. But students can opt for hostels and not take mess if they are willing to eat from outside. There are numerous shops in LPU that provide food of various kinds from South Indian to North Indian to Chinese.
ALUMNI
Yes, there is an alumni network and any Lpu student can register for it free of cost. They organize meetings and gathering in various parts of India on a regular basis.
FACULTY
The faculty here is the best part. 70% of the faculty are from top institutes like CSIR, CDRI NDRI and other top government research labs. They are all helpful and can be approached anytime. They are always supportive and evaluate your work on a regular basis.
CAMPUS LIFE
I did my bachelor's in biotechnology from this place and I m continuing my masters from here itself. I recommend this university to other people also. If you are looking for a friendly environment, then Lpu is the best option. Transforming education, transforming India, Truly said There are many grounds for sports and the gender ratio is almost equal. It has a large diversity. And competitions are held every now and then.
EXAM STRUCTURE
Exams are a little strict here and are held twice a semester namely midterm examination and end-term examination. In between these two, they also conduct class assignments and class tests. Overall the exam structure is good and keeps you testing on a regular basis.
COURSE CURRICULUM OVERVIEW
The curriculum is really made with extra precision. The syllabus is designed in such a way that you have put very little effort into studying for competitive exams. They have designed the curriculum in a very effective manner keeping the top national exams like CSIR net and ICAR.
INTERNSHIPS OPPORTUNITIES
The internship is provided by the University but only for elective courses and not for every course. Otherwise, companies do come to Lpu every now and then and take students on an internship basis.
COLLEGE EVENTS
A variety of events are composed here like youth vibe which is the fastest-growing college festival in India. And many other shows, their promotions occur here. Also, small-scale events are also held. Film promotions are also a regular part of this University.
