I choosed BTech in Computer Science and Engineering because, I was interested in doing Programming from my intermediate. The curriculam prepares well and good for a student to crack the interview of most of the companies, But before interview the company conducts Aptitude round, which is important for a student to clear and enter the intervies round. My suggestion is to Prepare the students for the 1st round of the interviews which is Aptitude and coding round. The timing for each semester exams are around 3-4 monts of Acadamics, 2 weeks for exam preparation and1.5 weeks for exams. The exam patter is 60 marks internals and 40 marks for externals.

From the 7th semester the students will be elegible to attend the college campus placement. we should manage placement and the academics at the same time. The companies that visited our college and the number of students they hired are, EdgeVerve - 139 Capgemini - 117 Accenture - 84 Tata Elxsi - 41 IBM - 37 the highest package was 12LPA provided by the company ANZ . the average package was 5.5 LPA the percentage of students get placed is around 45-50 %.

I joined Dayananda Sagar University in the year 2020, through KCET entrance exam. The fees which I paid duing my admission is 99,023 Rs (which includes KCET + college Admission fees) + 1000 Rs Application fees. There was no hike or other compulsort charges in the fees, for the four years the fees remain same, but there was late fine fees which was 100 Rs/ day. I have applies State Scholarship (SSP) which was from government side, and yearly I used to get 20,000 Rs. There was no campus employement in our college.

In our college there is a dance club with the name as Abhinaya club. They conduct the dance program and competitions. They also participate in the inter college dance competions Our college conducts only in-door games such as chess, carrom, table tennis etc as there is no ground in our campus. Every Classroom contains projector for presentation. There are enough books in the library, for students to refer.

I have joined Dayananda Sagar University in the academic year 2020-21 through KCET entrance exam. In this exam my rank was 23,903, and the college cut-off was around 25,000 for OBC category, so I got seat easily as my rank was less than the cut-off set by our colleg. The admission process was completed in single day, we were seated in a gallery hall and they provided Application form to fill. After filling we should submit the fees recepit of kcet and fees paid to college through DD, 10th and 12th marks card, previous college TC, study certificate and two photos. The faculty will verify and provide us the acknowledgement and the admission order. Thats it our admission is completed.

The faculty to student ratio in our college is around 1:70. In the Computer Science department there are around 500 to 550 students, Faculties in the Computer Science department are around 30. Faculties in Dayananda Sagar use study materials that have been prescribed by our department HOD(notes that have been prepared by our senior faculties) Students can interact with the faculties only during the tea-break which is from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM and when the faculties have free periods. If the students have classes during this period, the he has to wait for the next class and clarify their doubts,
