Course Curriculum Overview
I chose BBA as I was very interested in the business field and I also want to continue my father's business There is very few faculty for languages so there should be addition of lectures in the language subjects Exams are held once in 6 months and the exams are easy to pass
Placement Experience
From the 5th sem students become eligible for the placements and placement training program The highest package is 5LPA offered by companies like red hat There are very few students placed from the past years like only 5-6 members gets placed from this college every year My plan after getting degree is mba
Fees and Financial Aid
My tuition fee is 240000 for 3 years of bba Exam apication is 3000-4000 for each sem There are various scholarships available based on the marks scored by the students like tata scholarship and students who are eligible can avail this scholarship
Campus Life
Acharya Is famous for the events and the programs that they conduct such as acharya habba which is one of the biggest fest among colleges in banglore which is usually held in the month of April - may There are wide collection of books in the library Acharya is also great for sports as they take students to higher level like state level There are clubs conducted like nature watch club
Hostel Facilities
Acharya hostel is not great at all The facilities for hostel is very bad as the maintenance is not good Meal quality is not up to the mark and is just edible Registration for hostel can be done manually at the hostel it self and is not affordable as compared to the PGs and is also quite far from the college The PGs near by to the college is great and affordable and is very near to the college and easy to walk also
Admission
Students who have passed there 12th with 60% and who are from either commerce or science background are eligible to take this course The application form can be found at the offical website of acharya with the fees structure The exams are held every 6 months as it is a semester based course
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is great as the faculty is very supportive and helps in making student understand concepts well Students can interact with the faculty at any college timing hours and they are very supportive
