- Size of classrooms is small,and the transport connectivity to that area is poor
- Canteen is not so well developed,and for students that are from outside have to face lot of problems because hostels are not operating right know

Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is built with amazing combination,the theoretical part,partical part everything is balanced.The curriculum covers around development of the students so that he or she can tackle every situation in life and can live a successful life in any part of the world,the lab work is just amazing.The areas of improvement I think is that more focus should be on practical work rather than class work.The frequency and timing of exam is just balanced you have enough time to prepare well if we talk about the difficulty level of papers i would say papers are from syllabus and each and everything is taught by faculty members so I think that makes papers easy
Fees and Financial Aid
I think Central University of Kashmir is the institute that has very very less fee for courses for bachelors degree it is 72000 that is very much less than other institutions that charge 4-6lac for bachelors degree.Scholarships are also available for students who are toppers for every semester.
Campus Life
The overall campus life experience is just amazing different annual and technical festivals are celebrated onam festival of Kerala is celebrated in September, festival of scope is celebrated by tourism department in July,ramdhan festival is celebrated in April,udaan in April, different festivals are celebrated.
Admission
Basic eligibility to get enrolled in the institute is first you should have cleared Your 12th class exams and after that you have to appear in CUET . Application forms, application fees and application dates are available on university site as well as NTA Site.Yes there is reservation for different categories but not that high.Exams are always on time and the paper level is not that much easy and not that much difficult there should be online process for admission because students are from far places so it would be easy for them if the admission process is made online
Faculty
The faculty members are highly qualified, every faculty member has teaching experience of more than 15 years , faculty has qualified all of National exams like CSIR Net,SET,GATE,they way teachers mentor the students is amazing.There is no gap between the teacher and students whenever you are facing any problem you can directly approach teachers thr is no restriction at all.
