Course Curriculum Overview
The course is directly dependent on AKTU and the main focus of teachers is to prepare us for exams. But they also help us to learn new skills that are required in industry today. The course can be improved and still relevant to industry norms. Placement cell also provides extra classes and courses to students to perform well in Placements.
Internships Opportunities
I have not applied for or recieved any internship now. But there are so many of my seniors who have recieved internships from DRDA, HAL, and many startups. The internship is basically dependent on your efforts to reach out. College is helping in maintaining internships and college.
Placement Experience
Placement is very good. You can get offers from 3rd year from companies like ola, flipcard, juspay, and many complaints. Packages vary according to market rate and position offered. Hight packages are around 40+lpa and the lowest are near 3lpa.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tution fee is around 1lakh 5 thousand and the extra fee is around 45 thousand. Tution fee hikes are not very common and are relatively lower to other colleges. Aktu provides scholarships to all btech students and is in the range of 45 thousand to 55 thousand.
Campus Life
The freshers were there and it was one of the best events of my life as it will be for any first-year student. There are so many clubs and they organize their events regularly. The library is 24×7 open and very accessible. Facilities are good, smart class is available and many more. I am in GLBMUN and it is very helpful for the student to improve their speaking skills.
Admission
You are eligible to take admissions in nearly all courses if you have 45% + marks in 12th. The admissions are taken through aktu counseling on the basis of jee main marks. Aktu provides all reservation benefits. Direct admissions are also there but you won't get scholarship in it.
Faculty
The faculty-to-student ratio is very good. And this helps a lot. The lab has 2 teachers and 1 lab assistant. All of them are helpful. Teachers are highly qualified and very very supportive. They are exam-oriented and the main focus of them is to prepare for exams. Electronics and technical equipment add to thier quality of teaching.
