My College My strength

I was able to recognize whom I am only because of my college especially my department ECE. My college helped me a lot to shape the most important days of my career. Not only me but all of us from St.Peter's are surely beneficial in some aspect. My college is the best and will ever remain the best from the past, till present and undoubtedly in the future.

I found my course to be a difficult one at the beginning as I was not familiar with the circuits and subject. But then the unit test and the teaching methodology of my faculties helped me to find the correct approach to do my study. Their teaching helped me understand the concepts more clearly and their notes too worked out success for me. By their support and guidance, I and my batch mates were able to do our own project and several mini projects.

Many companies have come such as Work spot, Odyssey, Shians, Q-spiders Sutherland, Vernalis, etc., We were trained how to get face interviews and how to clear all the rounds in the interview process. Good placement opportunities were available and I was able to get my job because of attending these campus drives.

The event which I love is my department symposium. It is a technical one with lots of competitions participated by many colleges. We create many new competitions which bring out the technical skill is hidden and various ideas which create innovation. Many other events like college day, Women's day are all celebrated in the best manner with deserving and inspiring chief guests.

40,000 is the tuition fee and 2500 is the exam fees. I opted for ECE and hence my fee structure was the above-mentioned nomination. Book fees were collected only for the first year and separate fees for transport which was 27,000 per year. I was allowed to pay the correct exam fees depending on the number of subjects per semester.

I availed for BC scholarship each year. I received the BC scholarship from the government based on various parameters followed.

There were no problems dealt with respect to gender, race, religion and all the others mentioned. There was a pleasant approach inside the campus for everything. We were able to concentrate equally both in the curriculum as well as sports. We were given opportunities to attend various workshops.

Our seniors are very much helpful and caring. They guide us in the right way from their experiences and always available to hear from us.

My admission into St.Peter's is one of the greatest blessings by God through my parents. The college, as well as my stream(ECE), was chosen by my family. My cousin completed her degree here and so I was referred to do my degree in the same college. The admission was very easier and was able to join the course my parents wished.

My faculty members we so excellent in their way of teaching. They also took care that the concept was understood to all. The notes which they give while taking the class was very useful at the time of semester exams. They're additional informational apart from the syllabus but related to the subject helped us to develop our technical knowledge.
