Course Curriculum Overview

5

The thing that influenced me to select this field is that I prefer to study drugs and communicate with patients. The curriculum is fully prepared according to the actual profession. The frequency of exams is reasonable and needed.

Internships Opportunities

2

Internships are conducted in hospital pharmacy in college and it was not that great. All the students cant get admission at the same time and we had to do internships in our homeland . so internship faciloties are not great in this college.

Fees and Financial Aid

65000 rupees is the tuition fee per semester. there are 8 semesters in total. per year tuition fee will be 130000. hostel fee per sem will be 39500 which does increase gradually from the first sem. In the first sem fee was 36000. scholarships are there based on PUC marks

Campus Life

4

The pharmacy week programs will be conducted throughout the week. Cultural programs are also held. Sports and other programs are also conducted throughout the semester. Programs are rewarded with proper rewards.

Hostel Facilities

5

rooms are cleaned daily and 6 sharing rooms and 4 sharing rooms are availabalr . ac rooms and withoit ac rooms are available. food and facilities were great and healthy. hostel registration process was simple .

Admission

This college is one of the best in the field and provides the best curriculum so I selected this college. I didn't apply to any other college. The admission process is simple and will be based on our PUC marks. There are no exams for admission just one interview is conducted.

Faculty

4.5

more than enough teachers are available and teachers are experienced and knowledgable and easily approachable.my personal favourite faculty would be dr.rokeya sultana current vice principal of pharmacy college. she is very disciplined and have the best knowledge about her field and helps everyone without partiality. other best faculties are rahman sir ,prajitha maam , ayesha sultana , sandhya maam etc . everyone are best in their respective fields.i dont particularly dislike any faculties. there are 8 semesters in 4 years. in each sem two sessional exam and one sem exam would be conducted.exams are mostly reasonable and majority of the students are passed.

Placement Experience:

Since I am currently in my first year (2nd semester), I have not directly participated in the campus placement drives yet. However, based on interactions with our seniors and the faculty, students typically become eligible for campus placements starting from the 7th semester (final year). The college has a highly active and dedicated placement cell that works hard to bring in reputed pharmaceutical and healthcare companies. Organizations like Apollo Pharmacy, Cipla, and Sun Pharma are known to recruit from our campus. The profiles offered to B.Pharma graduates generally include roles in Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Pharmacovigilance, and Clinical Data Management. From what we have been informed, the average package offered to freshers is around ₹3,00,000 per annum, with the highest packages going up to ₹4,50,000 to ₹5,000,000 per annum, depending on the recruiting company and the student's academic performance. A strong majority, roughly 70% to 80% of the students who actively participate in the placement process, successfully secure job offers. As for my personal plans after completing this degree, I aim to join the pharmaceutical industry to gain practical experience, ideally in clinical research or pharmacovigilance. Eventually, I plan to pursue a Master's degree (M.Pharm) to further specialize and advance my career in the healthcare sector.
