Teaching faculty are extremely extraordinary with great experience

Food provided is usually accustomed to south indian people thus difficulty is faced

Course Curriculum Overview

Both modern and ayurveda portion are being taught which are highly important for a daily medicinal practice A very vast syllabus with points giving important on treatment and giving insight on post graduate studies

Class Size: 86Course Fees: INR 15000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Daily rotation in different departments Rural postings are also there Stipend is pretty decent Good exposure with the patient and disease treatment Posting in different colleges are also given Hectic but good

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly our fees is nearly 15000 Scholarship are only available for kerala domicile people Fees is usually stable doesn't increase or decrease Fee relaxations are also available for quota people Usually same for everyone

Very good in extracurricular activities Has facilities for games and sports and clubs Various camps and trips are planned Events like aushadiyam and seminar give us knowledge about their real life application and uses

Hostel Facilities

Love the hostel accomodation Very spacious and clean Good quality food os provided usually south indian and non veg However north veg food is not available and veg food is not upto the mark Rent is pretty low

Admission

Admission process was really fast Basic help was given by the office people There was no difficulty in admission We choose this college based on affordability and good status Also it is highly ranked government college for ayurveda

Our college has a large faculty group One subject is being tought by 5 to 6 teachers Divided into various departments Giving us a well versed set of teachers Faculties are giving high importance to clinical based study

A bad college with good faculties

Likes

70% of the faculties are very friendly and kind
College atmosphere is so positive and calm
Provides hostel facilities which has a clean atmosphere

Dislikes

Putting too much pressure on students over there academic period and internship period
They offers stipend on admission and does not provides any stipend on internship period
Demanding facilities are not provided for the students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course seems very intresting even though it gives some mental stress. In my opinion syllabus should be a little more oriented And exclude the importance of slogas since it is an unnecessary things to by heart

This college has it’s hospital where the student can practice his/her learning, it is affiliated to kerala university of health sciences, Thrissur. They conduct conferences which helps students get external exposure and contributes towards overall learning.

Admission:

I got admission in this college through entrance examination CEE conducted by Kerala government. After that merit list is prepared. To be eligible for this one should at least 50% in biology and 50% in all three, Physics, chemistry and biology together. And must have completed 17 years of age.

the positive remark about the college is the location of the college which provides the college very calm and positive environment to live within. the students can enjoy nature while studying. the negative remark about the college is fees of the college which is very high and expensive.

My college memories

Remarks:

Very good college with good faculty and staff. College is located near to eranakulam and is located in national highway. They have bus stand and railway station near by. And metro station also coming.

All Is Well

Remarks:

Our college is a government medical college so that so many patients are there. In this way students has improve there practical knowledge. There is negative remark also. That is the faculties are very bad as they give importance to theoratical knowledge rather than practical knowledge

Best among ayurveda college

In focus of the course it was very clear that ayurveda is more develop in Kerala and this college is situated in the capital . My thought was simple that there will me more patient and It will help me for practical experience. I also kept BHU, ITRA, NIA and few others college too but as my rank was 49k so I didn't get it. For admission in this college you have to crack NEET and according to counseling by AACCC you can get this college. There is 15% all india quota and 85%state quota. Get to know Ayurveda College Trivandrum

Since the admission was from neet ranks I applied for both bhms and bams. First I got admitted to government homeopathy college TVM and then during the later allotment stages I was transferred to government ayurveda College TVM. I got a rejection from kottakkal ayurveda College Malappuram cause of lack of seats there. I got admitted to government dental college Alappuzha but I opt for bams at TVM college.
