What Students Say

Likes

Campus Is very beautiful and greenary. Most of sports ground are there
Wifi is provided everywhere within campus
All classroom are equipped with Air conditioners

Dislikes

Parking space is not available much as compared to vehicles
Sometimes wifi speed is very low due to heavy user load
First year subject are worst they are of no use just wasting the time

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

I am very disappointed with course curriculum because first year is just wasting of time and money. No important subject are taught. And timings are also very awkward. Our full day is wasted and we can't learn new things

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 240000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I don't have much idea about internship bcz I am in 2nd sem but WhatsApp group are made and everything is informed in that group regarding internship. Also internship in major companies are informed through emails.

Placement Experience

3.5

Currently I am studying in 2nd sem . So I don't have much idea about placement but according to data available on website and hearings from senior. Average package is around 9 lpa and highest is over 50 LPA off campus

Fees and Financial Aid

We have yearly fee 2.46 lakh and per sem fees nearly 1.23 lakh. Tution fee for per sem is 120000 and 3000 is fee for examination and semester enrollment charges. Many of them are provided free tution fee due to their higher merit in jee and also got reliance foundation scholarship.

Campus Life

Overall campus experience is very nice. There are two committees science and technology, science and cultural. Two main club festival are organised in November and February namely tesseract and flare.

Admission

I want to persue computer science. According to my rank I was allotted seat in government college but it was not upto the mark. Poor infrastructure, lack of basic facilities and faculties were irregular. But it was ok as they charge 1500/ year

Faculty

All faculties are highly qualified professional with PhD and many have done their masters from overseas University. They are very supportive for writing research paper . Also complete syllabus on time.

The parul university review

Likes

The campus view is awesome we all will see new things everytime and it feels fresh at the morning.
The personal development of particular students have been in focus of every faculty which is awesome.
The behaviour towards students of every professor is the best all are understanding and calm towards students.

Dislikes

There is a system of gate pass means whenever u need to go out of main gate with the permission we are not allowed to go.
In hostel the washrooms are not so clean for the students with common washroom hostel
The mess food are boring sometimes and the food of the food seems to be same everytime

Course Curriculum Overview:

- I have a great interest in coding and this field is based on coding so i choosed the computer field. -The curriculum of the college are based on the things which will help us in future for real world application. -The way they i based on pdf means they make a full note of a subject in pdf and explain that and which makes clear to us so I don't think they should change. -There is a enough time to study for exams it depends on us how me manage it and the difficulty level is medium it is based on what we have understood till now in studies we have studied.

My Life at Parul University as a computer science student

Likes

The collage infrastructure is really good and vibrant, it is well developed.
Campus life is really good, there are food courts, playground, libraries avaliable.
The whole campus has wifi avaliable, they've got atm too.

Dislikes

there are quite a few restrictions like no roaming allowed after 9:30pm.
mess food is not so good, its managable but sometimes it feels miserable
for every small thing to be done, lots of paperwork is required whether you need to go outside the campus or needs a NOC

Placement Experience:

in my unversity, proper placements usually start from 7th sem, however after 4th sem, the collage provides the opputunity to go for impact traning if youve got more than 60% in your 10th, 12th and throughtout the semesters from that traning top permorning student get a chance to sit for product-based companies. as of now (jan 2026), the highest placement recorded is 60lpa at microsoft, the average is aroudn 3.5 lps to 6 lpa, most of the recruiting companies are service based such as capgemini, infosys, tcs etc. around 200-250 students gets palce after heavy filtering, i plan to go for higher studies,

PDEU , a Sweet n' Sour experience

The other college that I planned on getting into was Nirma University but I couldn't meet the cutoff and hence I had to make do with PDEU. So this was actually my second option. The admission process of the university is JEE and GUJCET. So you can give either of these exams and then the counselling process is done through ACPC. Generally THE GUJCET cutoff is easier to meet. The overall admission process is pretty smooth and hassle free as you would expect from a university which charges you 2 and a half lakhs per annum...Read More

LIfe and Learning at PDEU

I was from a normal background and wanted to build my carrer in a high-fly way which can help me to explore and learn more new things and can relate to the ongoing industry leve so i chose PDEU because it offers a large campus, good placements and modern labs and faculty in learning. i faced many rejection from different colleges may be by some ranking issues or some percentage or JEE exam score. It was just competition and limited seats. Eligiblity at PDEU requires 10+2 PCM subjects and admission are based on JEE score, Gujcet score or may be on the cuttoffs that rarely vary. Admission process at our college is very simple just byb filling the form at the website/portal and pay the fee and then the process helds offline and provide you the offer letter....Read More
