Likes

I basically like the class rooms and the faculty.
There is a canteen and 2 to 3 cafes inside the campus which make us feel so stress free after the lactures
The garden area of campus is very beautiful

Dislikes

The playing groud is quite small but it's good
Some classrooms are not prepared yet but construction is going on
Some faculties leave the university before completing the semester

Course Curriculum Overview

As I talk about me. I don't like physics and chemistry so I choose maths. It is the best subject ever. Our university gives syllabus every semester. In bsc hons. Mathematics there are only subject related to maths. But apart from this we study some more subjects which are usefull for us in upcoming life.

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise fee in dev bhoomi uttrakhand university I very affordable and pocket friendly fir parents. The campus is large and education friendly. Many programs organised by different departments for various celebrations. Each department plan a industrial visit or any education visits very frequently. The environment is very friendly and quite. The faculty are well educated and trained.

There are too many different departments and they celebrate their own program but the annual fest of University names as PINAK. It is the most popular fest among the whole city. Many celebrities come there to perform and enjoy.. apart from studies our DBUU focus on entertainment of students in different programs

Admission

I visited different colleges for hons. Mathematics course but I did not find any good college for this course. Those have this course they charge very high. But in dev bhomi Uttarakhand University, the course is very affordable and the environment of the university is very peacefully.. it is away from the city chaos but at the same time very peacefully environment for study

Faculty

The faculties of our university are well educated, trained and experienced. They tough us I'm very good and friendly manner. They are very punctual as well as mannered. Their teaching skills are very impressive and effective for students.

My honest review of MBPG College

Likes

Being a government college the fees are very low and student friendly most teachers are knowledgeable supportive and clear in explanation focus on studies exam and all over all discipline
Open ground greenery and enough space to relax between classes decent collection of academic books and difference material
Easy to reach from different part of Haldwani lesson unnecessary pressure more focus on its education

Dislikes

Infrastructure is old type som building needs to get repair
Campus placement opportunity are very few from classroom slabs and building need renovation
Not many model amenties compared to private colleges office works can be slow

The curriculum follows kumaun University guidelines ensure standardization and recognition core subjects are well structured and concept curriculum should a include more practical exposure projects work and field work examination are conducted semester wise and generally twice year internal assessments include test assignments and practicals during the semester

Likes

Social life is good with feat happening around in college.
Wifi is provided in our building and the hostel.
Infrastructure of our new hostel and our labs is good

Dislikes

Teachers are qualified but the quality education is not good
Too much restriction on girls but boys are free to roam at night.
Mess food is just acceptable not that good.

Placement Experience:

For campus placement students need to be atleast in last or second last semester of the course. But for internship it's fine even if student is in 1st or 2nd yr. But most of teh students here decided to pursue master from here only and I still don't know have exact idea hown many students got placed in th companies.

Likes

They prioritize education and teaching more
Social interaction with others in college is appreciable
Lab is fully equipped for experiments or practicals

Dislikes

Campus of our college is not too good and small
Absence of ac in library and other needed areas
Quality of infrastructure of classes is little bit poor

Placement Experience:

When one enters the final semester they become eligible for campus placement and many companies offers and discusses with them. Companies such as IGL, Vib care pharma, AVANTOR and many others visits every year with offers.

Likes

I like the hostel security and there are no ragging
Good teachers and friendly. Helping us lot.
Good infrastructure and better environment..

Dislikes

Hostel food is not so good. Small hostel room

Placement Experience:

From 7 semester student are eligible for placement. There are various plywood industries and forest base non Timber industries and cricket industries. The highest average package is like 4.5 lakh per year.

Likes

I liked mostly the environment of my college. College. was situated in hills . So the peace , the environment, weather, education everything was perfect. The rooms , library, the field of our college
The education system of our college was good .I liked the most the education system every faculty was good and take responsibility of each students.the teaching was of faculty was superb . Every we understand easily. The also teach us on ppt .
Department of science,arts each department was available and a big auditorium for function parties was there. Each subject lab also there . lab instruments lso available

Dislikes

One thing was I disliked was due to cold weather or snowfall dec to february college is closed.
I disliked the book issue system it takes maximum time to get a book from my college.
The period was too long . Not only 1 hour it almost 2 hour classes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chooses the best course. Because my faculty was good I can ask him freely if I have any doubt. And it increases my interest in my subject. And the experiment we do make us progressive for our future. Yes but one thing I will say the duration of time period will be increase

Aspects that i like the most is academic program, faculty expertise, and support and infrastructure and the aspects i don't like is outdated and inappropriate facilities
Participating in extracurricular activities
Volunteering for community service projects

Dislikes

Limited opportunity for socialization and campus involvement leads to isolation
Insufficient support for people with disabilities
Exclusively can create an unwelcoming environment for some students
