Course Curriculum Overview
Patient flow is quite good The preclinical works and the work in clinics which students perform helps them in the real world application Every 3 months internal is taken and the exam is of 3 hours.The level is moderate.
Internships Opportunities
Internships is provided in the college premises itself and its compulsory to. The stipened is around 2500-3000 per month One have to do clincal quota,check on patients and perform different clinical procedure on the patients
Placement Experience
After the 4th year,few companies come for campus placements. Medvantage,clove dental ,Max. Depends upon graduation average 3-4 lac per year After BDS less people get places after MDS its lil higher I'll be doing PG
Fees and Financial Aid
:365000 :same fees for all the category :I have paid 365000 yearly for college 131000 for hostel including mess and laundry.Security deposit of 50000.During registration in nodal centre I had paid 100000 which was later adjusted in fees.
Campus Life
Annual fest occurs that is occlusion. The library has many books of all the departments. Smart classes,Laboratories, clinics ,simulation centre,everything is upto the mark. Different groups with their respective representatives are made.like music,dance,sports etc.
Hostel Facilities
2 seater 3 seater AC and Non AC room are there varying with their fee structure. Beds,almirah,study tables,balcony,and mirror are provided Meal is better in comparison to other hostels During the admission process the authority asks if the students want to take hostel or not,if yes then registration happens then and there.
Admission
I applied in KGMU then my 2nd option was this college only in which i got admission easily I did not get admission in KGMU because being a government college its cutoff was a lil higher compared to my marks.so my next option was ITS only because of its patient flow. I went through UP counselling,then i got the allotment list in which my name was there then we had to report to the college,and the admission procedures were done here itself.The admission procedures are quite hectic.but as you know no pain no gain.
Faculty
The faculties are quite experienced.They are quite approachable. Dr.Mridula is very talented. She knows how to make things easy for the students. 2 internal exams,1 sent up exam a month before the final university exams.
