Every college something good and bad in it so does this one. On one hand, the wide range of courses offered and the location make it stand out, the placements may push it little back.
Course Curriculum Overview
Although the course curriculum and exam structure are relevant. it is not exactly research-driven, to be honest. The structure of exams gives enough opportunities to be able to perform better as well as grasp the contents of the syllabus. Overall it plays an important role in making one a better professional.
Placement Experience
Placements are good but following the 'IT' trend, stats are little biased towards the 'IT' and 'CSE' branches.
College Events
Various events are conducted in the college like Diksha, Murious as it is based upon cultural night dhoon music event all these events are conducted and then comes sports meet in that the various colleges participate in that event. Then comes Le Fiestus.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Tuition fee per semester is around 90000 per month. And if one has to avail the hostel services, the 45000 is charged as the hostel fee. The admission fee for the first semester was around 160000 at my time which by the way doesn't include the tuition fee for the semester.
Fees and Financial Aid
Nope I haven't opted for any scholarship or education loan. I don't know the procedure for any if they exist.
Campus Life
Campus life is chill literally as the campus itself lies in the foothills of mountains. The gender ratio is good as compared to the other colleges in the state. The extracurricular activities are in abundance here, one can choose from multiple societies or clubs.
Alumni/Alumna
As the college is around 17 years old, it has got a significantly wide alumni network. Senior students are also quite helpful.
Admission
I got admission in this college based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination i.e. Higher secondary examination (12th). The admission process was smooth as all the formalities including filling all the forms was done within a few minutes.
Faculty
A college is known by its students as well its faculty, faculty here are well qualified. They have obtained their qualifications from renowned institutes and that is reflected in their teaching. The research work done by them is good and important as well.
