- One of best college campus which is too attractive and has a good environment with very good maintenance tht helps students to be in positive mood and environment
- I would say it has the best infrastructure compared to other institutions. Good infrastructure brand new desktop and the lab is well maintained.
- Many faculties are supportive and teaching skills are good . The education system here is very good the way they teach and interested faculty they are very knowledgeable about their subjects and their work
Dislikes
- There are 2 washroom in each building with Girls common area and boy common are but the thing is sometimes the washroom are unhygienic
- As there are too many batches having lab as same period sometimes labs are not available
- The fee should be paid at one time to pay instalments we have to get permission and sometimes it’s too much work to pay fee
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is highly relevant covering essential topics and providing the skills to perform or develop a design So I choose this course as I was interested in 3D and product design This curriculum prepare me for real world applications through practical assignments practical test, laboratories etc Improving the course sld be considered on the basis of practical application than theory
Placement Experience
From 5th sem student becomes eligible for placement but it depends on the particular student for skill development and student can search for jobs on his own But as for the campus placements I think they provide campus placements from 7th sem and also at the 8th sem till this year Many good companies have visited and selected their employees about 65% of students got placed last year and the highest package is 12LPA and the avg package is 5lpa I am thinking about working for a year and then start with my higher studies
Fees and Financial Aid
Yearly for management seat in the year 2022 tution fee is 1,26,490 other fee 20,000 Skill lab fees is 8000 Totally 1,54,490 Vtu resgistration fee is 3510 but exam fee- 3800 totally 7310 And as Admission through COMEDk in the year 2024 Tution fee is 76905 for all category skill lab fee 15000 other fee is 20000 Vtu fee is10,610 but exam and test fee 3770 And CET processing fees is 500 In total 126785 and also provides scholarships and freeships based on CET ranking
Campus Life
I can say good experience of campus life , atme Anually celebrate atmeya every year with many curriculum activities and programs involvement of inter college sports and music night they invite famous singers ,musicians ,celebrities many singer have visited and performed during Atmeya And this college provides clubs like dance clubs singing clubs sports club drama club and many more There's a library where you can also rent any book from And has plenty of study material but fewer novels or other books
Admission
My first choice was studying product design in PES or RV but then later as I couldn't move to Bangalore from my place I had to drop the plan and select engineering and I searched for design courses in BE that's when I got to know atme provides CS and design engineering course and immediately I took admission here as atme was the only college that I knew this course is provided
Faculty
Faulties are too good . They treat every student equally and students can approach them whenever necessary they have the patience to make us understand, they are very approachable As I am from Cs and design dept I don't feel any faculty is too harsh for the students they are strict and good at the same time . They provide study materials and easy learning materials There will be 3 internal assessments for 40 marks Best of two or average of all there IA's will be considered for total internal average marks and assignments will be given we should have average marks for 50 in internals to be eligible to write sem exam or else not eligible If ipcc subject with lab tests will conducted and also have to take average marks to get eligibility to write final exam But clearing exams is not that hard if we study neatly and follow the guidance by vtu we can pass but some efforts is obviously needed to study
