Our college is good for everything and it is good for a middle class people to enjoy engineering with all possible ways and get life secured. our college is competitive in all aspects provide a good platform for one to prove his skill at the best of his possible

Well it is good and we got good desired knowledge on the course we chose Every faculty has good knowledge of the subject and makes everyone to understand it The course is very helpful for me in getting jobs

Internships Opportunities

Yes they provide nearly 4 to 5 internships opportunity for us to show our skills and also to gain knowledge Once we offered an internship at JSW steel for that 30 members have gone there and learned a lot of good things about manufacturing but not offered stipends

Placement Experience

Well it is good nearly 8 to 10 companies visit our college for placements and few off campus placements also takes place through our college Nearly 300 students got selected for jobs through placements and they struggle a lot to provide us campus

We have celebrated lots and lots of events in your college right from freshers day to send off the day we celebrated the number of events Such as Novus event from all IEEE team which consists of 3days events with prizes And department wise each event for 2days used to be held And college fest is best among all

Fee Structure And Facilities

For government seats, it is feasible and not so expensive but for management quota, it will be expensive So usually it is quite common in all engineering colleges So I think my fees are feasible and affordable for me

Different type of scholarships available for different students like sc/st scholarships for those categories Epass scheme for other OBC groups Educational loans for some categories is available.MHRD scholarships can also be available for students

Campus Life

In our college we conduct many extracurricular activities like dancing, singing, drama, etc.. And labs we have good facilities of all the experiments and machines for more Operations we need to learn In sports we have cricket hockey kabaddi khokho volleyball badminton chess etc.. Will be conducted and prizes are rewarded

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is good with all basic requirements they provide hot water and generator facility available In food they provide all varieties expect nonveg and tiffin facility also there They care for all students well

Senior students are the one who guides us clearly about the College in initial days and gives us hope of survival for upcoming days They are more like brothers and friends and help in all aspects Alumni network is very strong for our college and through them some time many campus recruitment are happened So we have good alumni network

Exam Structure

Our exam consists of three internals and one assignment for internal marks And an external exam for external marks Internal exams of 30 marks will be conducted and reduced to 15marks So 3internals gets 45marks One assignment or seminar includes 5marks So internal marks consists of 50 % And external consists of 50%

Admission

Clearing KCET and getting desirable rank to choose this college in the optional entry. If our rank is desirable for this college then we will get it in optional entry and later by paying fees we can get into this college Other options are management and comedk quota

Faculty of our college is very friendly and caring with students Have knowledge of the ocean and ready to share it everyone If required they are ready to take extra classes for extra knowledge of the subject and makes every student understand the concepts clearly to pass in the first attempt

The faculty's are well qualified, and they have a good teaching methods.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have been from diploma background, after diploma I joined this course as later entry (direct admission to 2nd year). In diploma also, I have studied the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) course. As I know the basic concepts about this course, it is easy for me now to understand the concepts.

Likes

Faculties are highly experienced and ready to help all the time
Good infrastructure with well equipped labs, library, sports
Adds extra curricular activities like teaching AI and other trending topics in college

Dislikes

Washrooms need to be clean and good to use especially for girls hygiene it has to be good
Hostel food is not that great and needs improvement in the quality of food
Thought schedule everyday hard to cope up with everything

Infrastructure is well established and good
Security for Students is very high and no ragging
Food is very good and feels like a restaurant

Lack of events and only the educational events
Only one playground for cricket and also remaining
security are very rude but some are bit friendly

Placement Experience:

Yes our college provide placements, from final year that is 7th semester they will allow for placements, Many companies visited our college like tcs, Cognizant, indegene, microland etc and average package is 400000 and highest is 1500000 it given by oracle, Nearly 60 percent students got that is either in both technical and non technical jobs, my plans to join a IT company

Good Infrastructure and Career Opportunities

Likes

Yes the first thing I liked is the campus and the environment there is no harrasment and strict action will be taken.
And second thing is faculty members are so helpful and they always help to students and different festival
And also the campus provide all facilities and make helps to sports and ration is almost equal of boys and girls

Dislikes

Yes some things are there which I disliked first is the campus is very strict and no function are organised yearly ones or twice is very sad thing as compared to other campus
Second thing is food students facing some problem with the food which hear prepared so outsiders facing lot of problems
Third is about hostel facility is good but very strict only once a week the students should go out side and write leave letter to go there native places.

Placement Experience:

Students got opportunity to eligible after 3rd year mainly in 7th semester students get opportunity for campus interview. In my college the company which came to hire is congizent and microsoft and amezon and dell nearly 80 to 90 company are came. The company offers is highest is 40 lack per annum which google provide and minimum is 4lack . Mainly 80 percent of the students are placed every year but due to war happened in the global impact in placement I want to do masters in abroad and then go to the company

Campus Life and Social Interaction : Vibrant campus Life : The campus offer a dynamic environment with multiple student clubs , technicals societies , cultural fests ,and sports events students engaage in regular extracurricular activities.
Faculty Experience and Mentorship : Experienced faculty : The faculty at SVIT is often described as appreciable , knowledge, and supportive . professors are well - versed in there respective fields ,and many have industrial experience .
Placement support : Strong placement record: SVIT hasa good placement record ,with many students securing in top - tier companies like TCS , Wipro , Accenture, Infosys,. The college guidence through placement offers traning .

Dislikes

Collaborative Environment : Group project and assignment is core elements of curriculum with many course designed to involve group work and collaborative projects.
Cultural Activities : Are not celebrated more in semister
Collaborative learning : Communication barrier in larger teams especially working with different backgrounds or academic disciplines.

Placement Experience:

The placement at SVIT Bengaluru area quite impressive , especially in the technical field like Computer science, Civil, Electrical and Machanical Engineering.The college has a dedicated placement cell that students get the best opportunities for internship and final placement .At SVIT , Students typically become eligible for campus placement from the 7 th semester . However, the placement cell starts preparing students for interview and skill development from the 5 th semester onwards though mock interview , resume - building workshops , and personality development session.SVIT Bengaluru has strong industry connection , especially in the IT and engineering sectors .some of the companies that regularly visit the campus recruitment includes. TCS , Infosys , Wipro, Congnizant, Accenture,IBM, Capgemini ,Tech Mahendra , Amazon.High- package : The highest salary package offered in recent year was around 15 - 18 lakhs per annum for candidates . Average package: The average salary package offered is ar8 4- 5 lakhs per annum. The placement rates at SVIT is consistently high . On average , around 80-85% of eligible students get placed in good companies.

Less fees but wonderful knowledgeful experience

Dislikes

Particular teaching subject wise was not so clear.
Placement training courses coding wise was not that good.
Water facility sometimes was not good but it was ok nothing to dislike

Placement Experience:

1. From 7th semester onwards placement activities start. But from 1st semester itself they start training. 2. Windcare, Rinexx, Wipro, Infosys, A1 fence, Microdegree, Intellipath and so on. 3. Intellipath offers 10 lakh per annum and so on. 4. 85 percent students where getting placed. 5. To start my own venture.

Conditions of hostels and mess is not good
Teachers and professors are not good in explaining concepts to students

Placement Experience:

From the end of 6th semester students become eligible for campus placemets.Many companies visit the campus including Oracle, UI path, etc offering students interships and full time jobs.The highest package offered to the student is 50 lakh per annum from UI Path and the average package of CSE branch is around 10lakh. Nearly 93% of students are placed in various companies.My plans after graduation is to grab a good on campus placement and look forward to my other goals in my life.

An honest review

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I'm in 1st semester. I will update you after my exams. But one good thing is that from this year, internals and externals will hold same weightage i.e., 50/50 If you can score more than 45% in internals which wouldn't be that big of a deal because they'll ask most the questions from class notes. Most of the faculties are average I would say. But some are good professors too. I chose CSE because I find these topics interesting since junior school. And everyone is just jumping into cse is a reason too lol.
