Likes

They infrastructure was really good. Class are well furnished. Labs are also good have good desktops and wifi connection.
Teacher are also good and very supportive. Always help you with all your doubts.

Dislikes

There a criteria of you score less than 4cgpa in 1st year overall they will not promote you to next year. You have to repeat you year again.

Course Curriculum Overview

I like coding and I want to become a software engineer that's way I choose this course. The curriculum prepares us to real world application as they prepare us for new projects and also make teams for hackathons.

Placement Experience

My college provide placements to students. The average package offered in my college Is 5-6lpa and highest package offered this year in my college is 40lpa. Company visited in our college are Microsoft, Deloitte, Accenture, Wipro etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

I am a student of BTech computer science and engineering with specialization in cyber security & forensics in association with Microsoft. My 1st year total fees is 2,58,000 Which includes 2,20,000 semester fees 10,000 registration fees of 5000 each semester 6000 examination fees each semester 10,000 security deposit which is refundable And from 2nd year onwards I have to pay rupees 2,20,000 yearly fees 6000 examination fees for each semester 5000 registration fees for every new semester

Campus Life

In my college fest organised by my college are in September for freshers every year And another fest is organised in March of every year. The range and accessibility of books and journals available in the library is huge every book related to your course is available in the library. Our college have its own cricket team also .

Admission

I also applied for modi university which is in rajasthan and my admission also get confirmed but i didn't go there because there semester fees and hostel fees is very high. No I didn't get any rejection from any other college. My college conduct SUAT scholarship exam for students and Direct admission is also available in my college.

Faculty

They have good faculty and students ratio of 1:14. I like Milan Chaudhary mam she was our maths teacher. She is very good and supportive in nature always support us as she was our mentor also. In each semester there will be 2 exam Mid term examination and End term examination. Mid term examination is of 50 marks each subject. End term examination is of 100 marks each subject. Overall calculation is based on 25% MTE marks+ 25% continuous assessment+ 50% ETE marks.

My overall Journey

Likes

Everything was good except placements.
Campus was so engaging , has a beautiful campus , one can get to learn a lot .
Faculties was from either IIT's or NIT's with good humor and knowledge.

Dislikes

Student has to suffer a lot during placements for students who are from Biotechnology .
No one takes responsibility , if a student is unplaced.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placements.From top companies like google , microsoft to new startups like Raspa , Protium all companes visits , Highest package was 96 LPA , 40% students get placed , rest suffers , if one is from core branch then they get chances for PSUs and other organization.

Likes

Environment is good, the overall environment is calm
The hostel is good, it is hygienic and provides regular maintainence
The campus feels quiet safe and have good security with strict regulations

Dislikes

The network connectivity is not up to the mark
There are very less number of cultural events taking place in this college
Hectic study schedules which leaves no time for extra curricular activitoes

Placement Experience:

Placements of thos college is quiet good Many big companies provides internships and placements This year also quiet many students got placed TCS visited the campus for hiring Average packhage is 15 lakh per annum

What I See at SRM Ghaziabad

Likes

I really appreciated the college clubs and hackathons.
There are variety of events throughout the semester, something to always keep you on your feet.
Some of the faculties are really really experienced and have a unique approach that captures the attention of all the students.

Dislikes

Not many hotspots around campus to hang out after classes.
The infrastructure of the hostel can be improved a lot.
Food in mess is not great, the menu is not very diverse. Everything has aloo.

Placement Experience:

Placements are actually impressive with our college having the highest placement rate among others in the region. We usually achieve ~90% placement. We get opportunities from many large groups, such as Infosys, TCS, JPMC, BNY, Logitech, etc etc The list goes on. The highest package that I saw was of around 1Cr from a company I don't remember their name, but it was based out of SF and was a really great one. Average placement we see is around 12-20LPA packages.

Life at SRM.

Likes

A good and friendly environment on campus where students from all around nearby cities and states stay together in harmony.
Interactive classes and faculty is also very supportive.
The campus has all basic facilities from food to stationary.

Dislikes

The food may sometimes be not very good.
The campus has less places to spend some free time other than some spots.
Due to small academic hall places may look too crowded.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is really one of the the factors convincing everyone to take admission in SRM ,average package from the college is of around 10,00,000 which is really a very good amount in todays stresfull market.

I liked the faculties of my college they are very supportive and helpful towards the students.
I like the curriculum which more learning based then theory

I don't like the attendence system of our college it very hectic to students
There is lot of focus on exam in my college which I don't like
Syllabus are not updated in our college we are studying very old things

Course Curriculum Overview:

I opted for this course because I want to be a software engineer. I chose my course because it was well-informed, and my interest was also in this field from the start. The faculty members and platform were also quite good for nurturing personal skills and making one a skilled and disciplined person in life. I wish this course would focus more on practical things rather than being theoretical. Events, fests, and the campus environment are also very good and pleasing to the eye. Connectivity was also easy from all around the world due to its location. Scholarships were also awarded to almost every student.

There are very good and highly qualified Faculties for each subject.
There is lot of clubs and groups which give exposure to the students.
Location of College is best in Greater Noida

Dislikes

There is little busy management and take time to respond query.
Highly busy schedule of college timings.
There can be delay in examinations from its expected date.

Placement Experience:

Placement in GCET is one of the good In greater Noida colleges. The average package of this college is 4-6 L.P.A. Companies like TCS, J.P Morgan, Josh Technology, L.G etc visited every year. Mass recruiters like wipro,infosys,capegemini also visited every year. About 85% students every year placed from the college. After getting degree my plans are getting very good placemnt from this college.

In my college placement is good and increasing every year as I have heard from s masters senior in past 4 days 1000 students have been placed and placements are still going on and there is a dedicated placement cell in our college and also skilled students can get upto 40-60LPA and average is 6-7 LPA and my plans after degree is to go for masters as I have intrest in MTECH too and 60-70% gets placement and it's still increasing and companies visit such as wipro hcl LG delloite etc

Likes

I liked the faculty here, they are well qualified and experienced
The way the faculty is trying hard with the students is very good.
Students are good here too they are cooperative with each other.

Dislikes

Library doesn't open after college hours.
Less events organised here in comparison of other engineering colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i did diploma in computer science engineering so after that i chose to do BTech in cse for better opportunities. Here I am really learning some computer languages by which I am making some projects. Exams timing is they held in evey 5-6 months.and this is a decent time to prepare for the semester exams.

Unveiling Campus Life and Academic Excellence

Likes

Professer behavior is very cool and good
Classes is conducted in normal class in which some classes have A.C while some not
Campus area is so big in which staff parking and student parking is separtely available

Dislikes

College time is bad . It is same as school timing
Student must maintain 75% attendence to avoid detention in CIA
It does not give a proper break after semester exam

Placement Experience:

The placement is average as same as other college . It provide 6-12 LPA package for who have skills as market required The placement criteria for student is above 8 CGP and no backlogs in all semester My plans after getting the degree is to join a good company for a good life The percentage of getting placements is above 80%

The experience I had at Sharda University

I did not apply to any other college. I just went with this one and just because I had heard its name. Ads were running and basically it's very big when it comes to area and also I wanted to enjoy my life plus study, so that's why I chose this university. Admission process is simple as I told you cut-off for these exams are basically attendance, 75% and in admission you only need above 60% in your 12th or even 10th, then you have a call basically an exam examination where face-to-face interview is there and then you are selected Not that tough to be very honest. After my 12th I was completely focused on my preparation of a competitive exam viz. UPSC NDA. because of that I couldn't give cuet exam to apply for other colleges. My father was posted near to this university. so upon researchig i found the campus life and the experience quite good so I dicided to join this university because it was near my home too.
