- Faculty knowledge the facilities available have a deep knowledge of the subject matter and they teach based on real life case studies
- Course curriculum is very good and relevant to the students making them industry ready for future to work properly
Dislikes
- Placement offers are mostly in sales profile and we do not get job offers of our own domain
- Local Students - their behaviour towards outside state students is not very much friendly
- Campus life - mostly the campus life is very boring as most of the time students are stuck in lectures and seminars
Internships Opportunities
The college provides the students with internships in their pre final year and they need to choose from among many companies and get selected in their desired roles. The students need to work in the company for a period of min 4 to 6 weeks and need to make a report on it.
Placement Experience
From the 5th semester the the students are allowed sit for the placement. Many companies have already visited the college till now 10 to 15 companies have already offered the university. Till now the highest package offered is 8.5 LPA and lowest is around 3 LPA . Nearly 20% students already got placed . My plan is to get placed in a good company.
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fees that we are required to pay is 39000 per semester i. e 78000 per year but in first semester we need to pay 8000 extra for uniform . And the in last year i. e in 5th and 6th sem we need to pay 40000 per semester. This pay structure is for outside uttrakhand domicile. Those having uttrakhand domicile certificate gets a discount of 1500 every semester. We can apply scholarship on the basis of 12th percentage or the university's own scholarship test that is Qcare test.
Campus Life
There is a literary fest known as abhivyakti held in moth of October every year and the annusl fest Dharohar is held in April every year. There are a wide variety of books and journals available in the library for the students. There are a number of sports facilities available in the campus. There are many passion program clubs available and one social club named pahel who work for the poor children.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel rooms are equipped with a person ceiling fan , a bed , a table and a chair and also a personal almirah. One can also opt for A/C rooms in hostel . The quality of food given in mess is not very good and it seems very unhygienic. We need to fill a hostel registration for and get ouself registered. There are many pg s available near the university
Admission
I didn't apply to any other colleges my first choice was to get in Quantum University as it is one of the most trusted private University and i got admission here very easily . Thw process for this college is very simple first we need to fill the registration form and give 10000 rs for seat reservation and we can get admission based on our 12th percentage or by giving Qcare test.
Faculty
The facilities are very good and always available to help the students whenever they approach. All the students are assigned an mentor to whom we can approach any time we need. Mr. Arpit Gupta a faculty of department of business administration is really very helpful and approachable. There are 2 exams in an semester one mid semester and one end semester exams . The students can easily score good marks if the study properly. The course curriculum is very much relevant to the students as it helps to make them future ready.
