Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I choose the course because i wanted to opt for banking job and the subject they selected for the course were good as it prepared me for real world and my suggestions is to improve the teachers hire someone who is good in english and hindi both as its hard for outsiders to study

Internships Opportunities

4

The college provide internships from various companies and its for free and they offer stipends and certificates and job offers also after finishing you have to make project in third year about all the internships and they give one2 topic to each for research purposes and you have to submit that and get marks in final exam

Placement Experience

4.5

From third year starting you become eligible for campus placement There were many companies like tcs google Decathlon emonics aptara and many more i was placed in decathlon and emonics package were from 3 lakh to 7.5 lakh per year and percentage of students getting placements were 50 as there are local students mostly so they dont know english so they used to get rejected and no discipline and not good for the job I accepted the placement from Emonics and worked for 1 year and after that now i am doing govt job in sikkim

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise fees was : Security: 3000 first year only admission fee: 3000 first year only tution fees: 43500 first year 43000 second and third year academic services: 5000 first year 8000 second year 10000 third year books : 4000 first year only exam fee: 4500 first year 5000 second and third year uniform fee : 6000 first year only Hostel security : 3000 Hostel fee: 74000 first year 76000 second year 78000 third year total fee : 146000 first year 132000 second year 136000 third year Scholarships for Uttarakhand Domicile Students

Campus Life

3

They do dharowar or something annually and they do dj night also there is a library but books are not upto the mark in terms of technology i will rate 5 yes if you are interested in extracurricular activities and sports there is a period for that too yes there is a instagram page called quantum confession which run by ex student

Hostel Facilities

4

facilities were just table bench few fans which some doesn't work and old projectors which they dont use at all meal quality were average sometimes we used to get cockroaches and if you are from outside specially northeast you will not survive as its spicy and oily food also masaladar its easy to register for hostel as there is a option in form which you have to fill and pay fees and you can stay its quite affordable and good rooms you can ask for ac rooms also but i find it expensive

Admission

I choose quantum university over downtown because of fee structure downtown was quite expensive and the subject quantum added were unique and good admission process is quite simple you can apply online and you will get a call and you can book your seat overall experience were good

Faculty

3

Faculty are enough as there were for each subject the faculty usually prioritised local students and will give them good marks although they don't know any thing the name of the faculty i like was rupali mam and monita mam i dont like ram singh as he used to discriminate me exam was difficult but if you study hard you can go through it 70 percent cleared exam 30 percent used to have back papers The course curriculum mostly relevant but there were few subject which were not

Interview Experience

3.5

No i didn't faced any as it was percentage basis but if you want to get some discount you can give some test i didn't prepare for any i directly contacted the college throw someone and applied through him

Other Applied Colleges

fees were very high

Remarks:

The primary factor of chosing the institute was that it is a government college. Secondly, its location (presence of holy ganges near by makes the environment pious).Third being presence of good and safe environment. Facility of library and easy availability of all kind of books, journals, daily newspapers is one of the factors that can attract students. Time to time sports events take place engaging students towards extra curricular activities. And the most important factor affecting one's choice is wisdom, support and mentoring by the faculty and dean here.

Though college was not so much strict which was fun for us it needed to be i think colleges needs to be a bit strict in some of the matters as like exams and the students. Most of the students never attended classes even though they were marked excellent which was not good for the students who came to classes regularly and did hard work to get those excellent marks.
