Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is good. They do not differentiate or discriminate anyone. There is one issue and that is with the clothes. I am a liberal person but there is some limitations that you have to keep in mind while coming to university. Exam timing are always good and gap for studying is always perfect.
Internships Opportunities
There are lot of internship opportunities in our college. National companies come to university on daily basis.. there are also international internships. One of them is Walt Disney's internship. And that was best.
Placement Experience
Placement are the main thing students get admissions here. They also provide 1 on 1 intersection courses. They are the best in placements. Everyone gets the chance to be in the placement but they have to pay 4000 in third or fourth semester.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is exam for the addmission first then according to your scores you will get scholarship I got 30% scholarship and my fees was 54500 plus 2000 examination fee. I only paid 38600 including the fees.. there is also 10% scholarship for single parent child. And other benefits for SC and st students.
Campus Life
Experience in chandigarh university can never be bad. There are always different events and programs which net let us get bored campus food is amazing. I loved ratik there and most importantly it cheap. The friends I have got are best.
Admission
I applied for Sharda University and Bennett University and I got into both of them. But then I realised I do not want to be far away from the family and chandigarh is best and most affordable place to live and CU have most affordable courses compared to these too.
Faculty
Faculty of CU is not that bad but they can do much better. Faculty depends upto department. I never had a personal grudge with any faculty member. There are exams as pr the course subject a I have 6 exams and exams are based on credits. Marking system is really good there.
Interview Experience
Yes there was only one online exam called CUCET. and it is compulsory to give the exam for admission. The score you will get in the exam will help you get scholarship in the university. You have to maintain 7.5 CGPA and 75% attendance to stay eligible for this scholarship.
