The curriculum of the course is very good . Curriculum is based on current technology and it is totally matched to current technology. There is no change that I want in curriculum but there are some teachers who need to improve in their teaching methods . What they teach in class the paper is made on that. Thanku

Internship started from 3 year of college and compines will come in campus and take interview of you and on that basis they will select you . TCS HCl will give you a role of frontend developer and backend developer. You have to learn web developement and other skills . I hope you like this

The main motive of studying in college is totally get skilled . There are many companies TCS Infosys and Amazon etc which come in our college and give you a placement. If you didn't get clg placement you can apply for off campus placement and support is provided by college From 3 year students are eligible for campus placement. Compines like Tcs hired in large numbers. The highest package is 24 lakh by Infosys. In every semester it's is necessary that you have above 6 cgpa 93 percent student are got placed . My plan is to get job and get some experience. Thanku

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fees of kit kanpur (btech cse) is approx 110000 rupees . You will get relaxation of 5000 rupees if you had given exam of jee mains . The registration fees is 1000 rupees .Your development fees , lab fees ,and other charges all are included in your fees . If you come from any management then you will get some relaxation in tution fee . My all batchmates fees are same but one who came from quota of Jammu and Kashmir she has to pay no tution fees . OBC and SC who take direct admission will get scholarship general category student will get scholarship only if they were come from consulling and for this scholarship you have minimum 60 percent in class 12 for all category. In scholarship you will get approx 60000 rupees .you need minimum 55 percent to take admission in this college . I am student of btech cse I hope you like this thanku

Campus Life

My overall experience campus life is good and enjoyable there are programs and functions are conducted regularly. There are many clubs in my college sports dance and etc you can join them . Like freshers party and diwali etc . Faculties are good and they will support you. Technology like smart board and a.c are provided to you. Every year sprot events are conducted there in clg. Yes there many college groups and clubs. Thanks I hope this is beneficial for you

Admission

The main reason of taking this college is it is autonomous now and we will get many benefits of autonomous college . If I compare to other college they are not autonomous except some of them. I applied to United University but I choose kit . Yeah I want to join iit but I got rejected that's why I choose this college. For direct admission you have minimum 55 percent in your 12 or you take it from consulling of aktu . Thanku I hope this is helpful for you

Faculty

Faculties of college is very good and supportive and the course structure is updated and based on current technologies.you can visit to the website of kit.com from there you can meet with faculties.the students ratio of class between boys and girls is 70:30. I like my web development teacher he is so calm and his teaching method is very good. I don't like my c programming teacher because she is very rude some times with everyone. The best thing about our college is our college is autonomous now so there less chance that you got failed the course is relevant to curriculum

My overall Journey

Likes

Everything was good except placements.
Campus was so engaging , has a beautiful campus , one can get to learn a lot .
Faculties was from either IIT's or NIT's with good humor and knowledge.

Dislikes

Student has to suffer a lot during placements for students who are from Biotechnology .
No one takes responsibility , if a student is unplaced.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placements.From top companies like google , microsoft to new startups like Raspa , Protium all companes visits , Highest package was 96 LPA , 40% students get placed , rest suffers , if one is from core branch then they get chances for PSUs and other organization.

Good Faculty : Faculty are supportive to your carrer growth they will provide guidance whenever you needed...
Campus Facilities: Infrastruture,labs everything is up to date accoding to the current need of the present.
Curriculum: Up to date industry oriented syllabus .

Dislikes

Strict Rules: rules are somewhere more stricter for college id,entering and exiting time .
Crowded classes: some classes are crowded sometimes
placement competition many students participating in the placements.

Placement Experience:

At NIET Greater Noida students becomes eligible for sitting in the placements from the 7th sem, with placement preparation starting earlier . Companies from IT sectors and others are visiting college. In my batch time the company that comes are JP Morgan & Chase , Razorpay, Juspay, TCS, Cognizant etc.

Likes

I like the Teacher behavior and attitudes
I like the Sports curriculum , they conduct sports event monthly
I like the admin office, because it always neat and clean

Dislikes

The hostel and mess food is not good as expected
The placement system is too bad , no proper support
The student facilities is not good , like lifts etc

Placement Experience:

If you are BTech CSE student , you dont need to worry more because they invite good number of companies to take placement , but you need that particular skills to get placed. Almost 40 to 50% student got placement for an average of 4.5 LPA

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Likes

The quality of study is very appreciable. As our syllabus is very updated. Also the practical knowledge in colleges very good as well.
New buildings for 1st year as to prevent ragging is a very plus point. This prevent first year student from ragging and also give them a very friendly and good environment as well.
The placements are very good as in terms of quantity and quality as well many many companies came here and also many big companies which do not come in any other colleges in greater Noida also come in NIET.

Dislikes

The one thing I decide is high requirement of attendance which is 85% attendance by this criteria we get less time in fore hours kill enhancement and learning other things.
Also the coding culture is quite not good for 1st year as well so this thing also I don't like.
The other thing I don't like is that the assignments pressure was quite high in semester one and very very much assignments was given to our branches as well.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for setting in the campus placements is from 6 semester. And for internships the students become eligible from 4th semester and the internship is mandatory for every student. The companies visiting the college are quite in number. The highest placements which was offered during the ongoing placement is 44 lpa. And the average packages for company and profiles of a days 7 to 8 LP. The percentage of students getting placements are very good as 80 to 90% students are getting placed. My plans after getting the degree is to get the highest placement

Unveiling Campus Life and Academic Excellence

Likes

Professer behavior is very cool and good
Classes is conducted in normal class in which some classes have A.C while some not
Campus area is so big in which staff parking and student parking is separtely available

Dislikes

College time is bad . It is same as school timing
Student must maintain 75% attendence to avoid detention in CIA
It does not give a proper break after semester exam

Placement Experience:

The placement is average as same as other college . It provide 6-12 LPA package for who have skills as market required The placement criteria for student is above 8 CGP and no backlogs in all semester My plans after getting the degree is to join a good company for a good life The percentage of getting placements is above 80%

Likes

I liked the teaching methods of some professors in our college .Their way of teaching is unique . In our college boy and girl ratio is approximately 5 to 1.
I also liked the ground and sports facilities of our college . Our college has 3 big grounds and a sac also a gym which has latest equipments and many more things.
The fests of our college is amazing , recently a fest called kashiyatra happened which is biggest fest of our college

Dislikes

I disliked the infrastructure of our college . Our college do not have ac in lecture halls or even there is no single ac for students in campus .
In our college the equipments in manufacturing practice are very old they are rusted and facilities don't even want to tell about those equipments. They are lazy .
Our college IIT bhu don't have their boundaries it is connected to bhu that's why clashes happened every month . Students of IIT and bhu fight every month and the service of proctor in IIT bhu is very disrespectful,they are lazy and don't take actio

Placement Experience:

Our college IIT bhu provides placement at end of year companies came for hiring students and hire them . Our IIT has 2nd rank in terms of placement in all iits. At the end of 3rd year students became eligible for campus placements. Our college also provide internship in third year companies came for internship in our college. My plans after getting degree is to get a high paying job in india and give financial stability to my family. Approximately 70 percent students get job in placement sessions.

i dislike thing in my collage are the students are not mature.
i dislike thing are in my collage are in this collage student have to wear a uniform.

I would like to inform uh that electronic and communication is a very good trade to choose. So many carreer opportunities if you will go in in industrial area, or in government sector. Make some connections with ur seniors others it is tough to enter in industry for freshers.
