Remarks

Attending my college can have many positive and negative effects. A few negative effects are debt, partying, missing family and friends, and stress. Positive effects are he/she gets a degree, makes new friends, becomes more diverse, most likely gets a good job after graduating, and helps him/she to become more independent and grow as an individual.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

For university students it is important to distribute your practice; that is, review newly-learned material often, starting as soon as possible after the new material is first encountered, and this I learned from my college.its of two years course and u will get the final result of 3 months of course completion.

Placement Experience

4

Employers value skills developed through academic work, volunteer experiences, extracurricular experiences, or other experiences that demonstrate skills useful in work. Not all of these skills are job type specific; some of these skills are generally such as communication skills and analytical skills and can transfer to different settings. And routine types of student jobs can demonstrate to employers that you have been a successful employee. U did a 2-4 internship and got the good stipend.

College Events

5

On-campus events play an important role in shaping the social and intellectual fabric of your university’s campus. 1-youth fair 2-freshers day 3-farewell day 4-teachers day 5-Azaadi '70' and '71' 6- stress relief activity 7- book fair 8-NSS special camp

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible it is. One feels the fee structure is a bit high. But it's quite reasonable as compared to the other B-school. The only good thing is that GCG has good placement assistance. GCG has a good ROI. My overall expenditure was around 1 lakhs.

Fees and Financial Aid

My college not only teach us academically but also extracurricular activities like event management, sports & games and also social work.i was the volunteer of a national service scheme which taught me discipline, think about the country and poor, I used to teach small kids who beg at streets, malls. our NCC and NSS volunteers are very efficient and every year they get selected in RD camp.one of the best volunteer also got awarded by the honourable president. The students who belong to OBC, sc, st and minorities get the scholarship and get the 75% of fees refunded to them.

Campus Life

4.5

U will get all the extracurricular activities like event management, games, social work etc.there are so many labs like Computer lab, science lab, physics lab etc.these all are too good. In sports, u will get a gym and a field for practice.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

I have not opted hostel facility.there are two hostels in my college.one is for boys and others for girls. The hostel consists of approx 50 rooms and a big hall and a good mess facilities who cook delicious and healthy food.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni are the first friends of their Alma mater, from fundraising to supporting their social causes For years this tradition has been kept alive by handing the baton over across generations. We have been told by our parents & community that giving back to our schools that shaped us is a duty.

Faculty

4

I am fortunate to get an opportunity to study at GCG. The college has experienced talented faculty, well ventilated classrooms, spacious labs, and library. The right atmosphere is created by the teachers in the classroom. They try very hard to mold our personality. Thanks to my College

The courses were harvard style case methodologies mostly, which could have been better with more practical exercises and examples. Simulation exercises were also their but not that effective. Teaching methods were ppt based.

Placement Experience:

The median package is around 16L, and the average is around 14.5. 1st year students have to sit for the Summer Internship Process compulsorily, and in 2nd-year Final placements take place. The campus has recruiters from top companies for both processes and an excellent track record of 100%. I plan to impact society by making this a better place to live through informed decisions.

Admission:

I applied to the PGDPM program for which I qualified the main exam that was CAT and apart from this I was already a graduate in business administration with 78% marks. I waited for the merit list and once my name was there, I was invited for the counseling round. I faced some issues during the document verification process, but the administration was very supportive throughout the counseling process.

My journey with the CIMP was a mixed bag of feelings. I learned a lot and enjoyed a lot. This college gave me some of the best memories of my life, be it the campus life, the events or the industrial visits. It shaped my career for good. On top of that, I got a decent placement via on-campus placements.
