Likes
- Good Education at low fees, Many Staffs are friendly and they are very cooperating with students and encouraging their students
- Students come from many districts and other states so different cultures and dressing style and language can you studied
- Others think that government college eill not have many facilities but it's wrong because Government arts college Coimbatore have good facilities like all departments have their own Library , Labs, Museum etc
Dislikes
- College inside there are many dogs rounding here and there
- Canteen is too small at interval time all dep students gather then it will be soo crowd
- It have 2 shift morning and afternoon but morning classes will start at 8:45 but many students will reach class at 9:00am because of their personal reasons then at afternoon 2:00pm class starts and end at 6:30 this is too late
Course Curriculum Overview
Actually I am from another state first I faced language probelm but later staffs and classmates help me to improve Tamil language It is an autonomous college so syllabus and question paper are making inside the college so it's soo helpful for staffs to go through the syllabus correctly Then staffs all are well experienced and knowledgeable
Placement Experience
After 2 year last the placements started and students started to apply and go to interview Placements with many companies were there Many students got job and many got experience for attending interview From 10 or 20 companies came to this college for taking students for placements
Fees and Financial Aid
For 1 sem I paid 650-/- ( so for 1 year 1300) But for last year( 6 th sem) fees will be increased at 850-/- Admission fees for BA History TN state 1355 For another state 1880 Only we want to pay for admission fees and only exam fees So it is so affordable for financially down students They can graduate at low fees at no risk For Long distance students can also study because they are giving hostel facilities. Near college they provide Hostels for Girls and Boys also at affordable price at considering their caste they can get reservation ( 18000 ) The main thing to say is that while admission time with our mark our caste and religion will be considered and get reservation Scholarship are providing for BC/BCM /SC/St etc students (per year 7000-/) They didn't buy any other extra charges for anything
Campus Life
The beautiful things to say about college is every year all departments conduct Department Function and allow students to wear traditional dress Then all festival were celebrated (aayudhapooja, Pongal etc ) They have many clubs to manage surrounding of College (Eco club, NSS,NCC, )
Admission
I am from another state so first I thought I will not get admission but unexpectedly I got admission because of Merit base According to caste and religion with reservation many students can get admission even they scored less mark
Faculty
Saying about facilities means many staffs are soo friendly to students and giving their 100% support to encourage them. Some staffs are so rudely and doing only their job coming to class then taking class going again coming tomorrow... Not even taking softly to students it will afraid the students and students will hate the teachers with their subject also
Interview Experience
Applied colleges in Coimbatore at tngasa website Then college approved for Councelling and received call letter via email. Then attended for counseling admission day Mark wise we will get admission...
Night Life
From college it's not allowed to night outing especially for girls from their hostel warden will not allow them .. Boys hostel have an possibility of night outing life from boys hostel Around place have many good places Race course an walking place at night with full of light settings it's amazing ???? Cafeteria ,pg hostel, hospital facilities, etc all are available near college
