What Students Say

Likes

The environment and teachers were friendly and helpful
Library was full of books and was giving it every time I asked for any extra supplies
Events that held were fun and somehow studies and other activities were balanced

Dislikes

The timings were a little off as it was hard enough to catch a public transport to reach on time
All updates were not always given in class and were later sent on whatsapp group
Night college and day college were two merged together but there were people who were biased and will always see for the benefit of day college itself

Course Curriculum Overview

It was a basic program but then too everything was under a small eye as everything was given equal importance. Even though the college time was during noon the exam times were in morning. There were mo picnics

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 7000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly I was paying 7000 and almost 1000 increase every year. Apart from this we have to pay for every other fees including exam fees. We did not get any scholarships nor did we get any internship during this period

Campus Life

There use to be an annual program called birlotsav where every activity including mehndi, rangoli, dance.etc. Apart from this we used to take part in intercollegiate programs and used to get an extra time to rehearse. Sports were also given the equal importance and were given scholarship for sports quota

Admission

I heard that the college is good in every aspect and has name in the college dunia and gave good internship. The cutoffs were equally high when compared to high town colleges. The admission process was simple as we have to fill the form online take the print and have to sumit the print along with last year leaving,marksheet and photo

Faculty

Students were 100 for one course and teachers differ from subject to subject thought it was hard to handle this amount of students at one time. I like account and economic faculty as they use to help us to prepare for exams. Every exams seems to be not that hard as every teacher used to help us even day before exam to solve the problem

An Honest Review of My BSc Computer Science College Experience

Likes

The staff and faculty members are very supportive and good in nature.
Friendly student environment. Never heard of any ragging incident taken place.
They conduct Events, workshops, and different activities regularly and neatly.

Dislikes

Canteen food is limited and quality is average
Limited Campus placement opportunities and less industry experience
Lab equipment and resources needs to be improved,

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are limited in the college. A few companies visit during the final year, and students usually becomes eligible fromo the last semester. The packages offered are generally modest, mostly for entry-level roles. Only a small percentage of students get placed thorugh campus drives, while many prefer to apply off-campus for better opportunities. The college provides basic placement support such as info about job openings and guidance, but students need to build their own skills and prepare independently. After completing the degree, students prefer to pursue higher studied, professional courses, or entry-level IT jobs.

The reality check

Likes

The college professors are very particular about attendence and they will always keep there eye on your attendance and according to them attending is very important.
The college infrastructure is very good and there is vast space for students to chill and study library is also very spacious.
The teachers are always eager to solve our doubts and interact with us , the want the more and more students should approach them ask there doubts and discuss the syllabus etc.

Dislikes

I didn't like that sometimes over priority is given to the attendance I think a student can study well at his or her own sometimes only regularly attending lectures can't make you score more self study is important
The college don't have big ground earlier there used to be a big ground but it has gone for the construction work so, we only has a turf and a small ground.
The approach towards the teaching should be changed slightly and more practical based learning should be included.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement start from seventh semester and from third semester only students are enrolled in TPO Training and Placement Organisation where they train students withe various technical skills to acquire a good job. Various famous companies visit our college. Highest pakacge is of eight lakh per annum by Nice solutions. Percentage of student getting place on campus is less. After degree I will do a job.

Awesome college life during graduation

Likes

College was newly constructed so infrastructure was quite good.
Teacher's teaching was great as we were 3rd batch
Teacher's used to pay attention to every single students progress.

Dislikes

It was specifically much far from main city
Teacher's were very strict like used to call to parents if students are not present in class
Not much placement companies came to college. Placement rate was not so great

Placement Experience:

Placements for my college was not so good they had provided some companies which has came to take interviews but hardly fuse students got selected and higher number of students had place through consulting agency and they were place of campus even I also did not got placed through college and I had job through off campus. In all, 35 students have got placed via college placements and out of those hardly 20 students join the companies wear in they were placed.

Mit aoe has good faculties and teaching and academic are good enough
Not too crowded as intake is 1300 students of the college
Gender ratio is almost 4:3 as of my batch

Dislikes

Mit aoe Campus is very small hardly 4 to 5 acres
Mit aoe fees is costly comparitively to the other colleges
Mit aoe Campus is almost at the edge of pcmc makes hard for traveling to the main city

Placement Experience:

I think students are eligible for internship from 2 nd year and about placement it is nice with the comparison to others like Sinhgad ,marathwada and alll companies like jsw,cisco ,eq technology and many more are visited in placement cell

Likes

No no college is really good and the no suggestion for that
The environment of the campus and the quality of infrastructure is a very much good that's for not a any solution for that
The professor and the staff of this Institute is very well educated and a experience that why no suggestion for this also

Nothing bad about this college it is an a good college that can provide the good opportunity for student
Nothing this like in this college it is providing good opportunity

Placement Experience:

Yes there will be the good opportunity that can provided by the college many companies come in the college and they can over the placement for the students. What about the unplace student that can also doing good because they can take the education from the KK Wagh

I like the staff of mechanical branch. They are good at teaching.
My colleagues are good and helpful. Also supportive..
My seniors are great mates and not a single Case of bowling happen.

Dislikes

The canteen of my college is basically trash.
The Xerox shop is very small and always has a rush.
The aesthetics of the campus is not That appealing.

Placement Experience:

Our college gives in campus placements for students in the final year. Our college also has a great reputation regarding the placements giving higher packages to students. The average package for mechanical branch is 4.5 lakhs which is fairly decent considering it's a tear to college.

Placements are really good of the college Indira college of engineering and management pune Highest package was 240000. And minimum package is 12-15 lakh per month. Almost every student in this college get placement

Location of college is best near to juhu beach.
Placements of college is good also internship opportunities are there
Teacher's teaching is average but their behavior towards students are good

Dislikes

Infrastructure of college is bad, need to renew also there is so much pigeons in college
If you want to work on your professional development, college will not much help you, you have to build it by yourself.
My personal experience in this college is boring and mostly I experience difficult to make friends may be the reasons because it is only girl's college, but it depend on person to person

Placement Experience:

College provides Placement opportunites, Average placement is nearly 4.5laks. College will help you after the graduation for one year for the job opportunities if you didnt got job in final year. there are 25+ companies visits in our campus.

Some companies come come to campus for campus placement and the average package is 14 lakh per annum almost 98% on 95% of the students get placed handsome students also join military academy like Ima,ota,afa etc.

One of the best colleges in Maharashtra

Remarks:

Focusing on student's attendence rather than focusing on students concepts. College is not focusing in development of students only paperwork is done. No conceptul teaching nor practical. By doing this stuff we can get a btech degree but not the knowledge a btech student should have.

Nice Learning Journey at GVAIET

l applied to other colleges like VJTI and Sardar Patel but got admission only at GVAIET. I chose GVAIET because of good faculty, updated syllabus, and better placements.
