Course Curriculum Overview

3

I choose this mechanical engineering because I'm good a machines and I more knowledge about engines and machines among all my classmates when compared to them. But when I entered this college, I saw nothing what I know from outside. The syllabus is so outdated We can learn many new things from YouTube and other social media platforms. With this knowledge, it is really tough to face real life problems. In my college they complete a semester within 5 months including exams where other colleges take 6 months to complete a semester. That's also a reason for many students failure

Placement Experience

3

Students are eligible for placements from 3rd year 2nd semester. IBM, Capegemini, Amazon, Tata, Deccan and many more big companies Each different company offered different number of jobs. A student received highest of 33 lakhs per annum from Amazon In every class 10 people might get placed from strength of 60. My plan after graduation is to learn more about machines and places in a very big company with very good package or to start my own business

Fees and Financial Aid

Year wise fee is 1 lakh 25000 and every year they charge 12000 extra as JNTU affiliate fee. For the first year it was 96000 and from the second year the increased to 125000. They charge 20000 extra for placement training from the 3rd and 4th year students. The reservation students gets their scholarships and fee reambassment from the government and there is no issue in that. And there is no merit based fee system. If they are from management, they charge some donation fee for specific courses. I found no other scholarships other than this

Campus Life

3

Every year annual fest is celebrated In the name of DAKSHA. Mostly it is held in March or April Fests are like very rare in this college And technical fests too And at the time of annual event, technical fests are held. Every classroom has a projector with speakers Sports are very encouraged in our college Many sports like cricket, football, basketball, volleyball and many other indoor games and separate separate courts are there for every other different sport. Many students runs clubs regarding different things Like some are technical and some are social. With this club formations, it creates a positive impact on the students They get to solve many real time problems

Admission

I have apppied for many big colleges but because of my eamcet rank, I got rejected In my first counselling I got selected in the KPRIT college for computer science engineering but I didn't want to join that course because I love mechanical and machines. I have applied for the second time and got selected in this college for mechanical and I joined in this. If we want to join in this college through management then there will be an entrance exam And they accept eamcet and ecet exams too. I don't really know about the cutoffs but if we want to get a seat in computer science then we must score less than 20000 in eamcet. My admission was done very quickly I paid the admission fee and joined immediately No problems in admission through govt exams like eamcet or ecet

Faculty

2

Based on what I heard, for every 30 students there a teacher. I really didn't like any of the faculty from this college. Because no body really knows what a particular student is capable of and nobody wants to know either. They just need marks they need grades They work like machines and expect students to work like them. Especially mechanical department head Madhu sir. He behaves like a dictator. And coming to the exams, many students fails in the exams because no body listens to the class when they speak only by looking at the PPT. Students need practical knowledge in this education field but they are failed to provide things like that. Labs are like weekly once but not many things related to what we are studying.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like that the course doesn't feel outdated. Along with the regular subjects we spend a lot of time on coding, projects, and problem solving so it feels connected to what companies actually expect. As a second year student i already feel like i am building skills that i will be able to use during internships and placements and not just preparing for semester exams

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the course is relevant because we are not just studying theory all the time. Along with regular subjects we spend a lot of time on coding, projects and problem solving which actually feels useful. It feels like the course is designed to help us build skills that we will need later not just clear semester exams

Course Curriculum Overview:

Before joining I thought it would be like any other engineering college where we just study for exams. But after coming here, I felt it's a bit different. We do have theory classes, but there are also coding sessions, projects and assignments almost every week. Sometimes it gets a little hectic but I think it's actually helping us learn better. The syllabus feels relevant.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course has been a nice mix of theory and practical work. We don't just sit through lectures all day there are coding sessions, projects, assignments, and hands on activities that make the subjects easier to understand. It feels like you are learning skills that you'll use later. One thing I noticed after joining is that the classes don't feel the same every day. Some days are regular lectures while on others we are working on coding problems, assignments or small projects. That change keeps things interesting.

Placement Experience:

I think IN-campus Placements are the best thing that this college may offer. This is one of the top college in Telangana so almost every top company gives a chance to this college companies like Cisco, Insfosys, TCS, Cognizent, Accenture and many more. The highest package is 34LPA last year 2024, and the average is 7LPA i think.I think almost 60 to 70 percentage of people get place in the companies.I plan to get place in the top most comnmpany in the Telanagana after getting degree.
