What Students Say

Likes

I like the library facility as i can find all the books i need
Then i am into sports so college has provided a good sports facility
Then i would say labs are well equipped and wi fi is connected everywhere

Dislikes

There are very less number of events to enjoy
The schedule sometime get really busy we get less free time
College should work on more innovative societies formations

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum of the college is somewhat outdated more courses should be included according to the current demand of the industry. And should focus more on practical knowledge rather than theorotical knowledge

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 108000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement cell of the college works actively they provide full support to the students. Good number of companies visit campus for placements and the average package is around 5,00,000 per year i think which is a decent

Fees and Financial Aid

For the first year the fee is 115000 and from next year onwards it is 108000 which remain same for third year and fourth year. You will get scholarships based on your family income which make this college really affordable

Campus Life

I would say the campus life is good there are many clubs and societies that you can join according to your skills and interests that will give you good exposure and experience. As it is nearby delhi so you can visit there. And mostly students over here are from uttar pradesh

Admission

This is one of the top private college of Aktu .it has good connectivity to all the regions of Delhi ncr which make it a good choice you can take admission either directly on basis of 12th marks or by aktu counseling on basis of jee mains rank

Faculty

The faculty to students ratio i would say is decent. All the faculty are well trained and qualified they are always available for your help and support. There are 3 internal exams and one aktu external exam every semester

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

I have applied for Bihar State Nalanda college, chandi. It gave me aerospace engineering. I didn't choose that because their course curriculum with their faculties and college culture is not fit for getting placement. I wanted some placement oppurtunities through my college and GCET is suitable for it because of their location and college culture. My admission process of my college is through direct admission as well as UPTAC counselling. Direct admission is for those who have low JEE ranks and outside of UP and are early comers. Counselling is for merit based admission for UP students generally with better JEE ranks than direct admission students....Read More

I have also applied for JIIT Noida, but couldn't able to get CSE branch. However, In greater noida, comparing to other private colleges, GCET is much better option because of its location, fee structure, campus size. Admission process happened through AKTU counselling, also 15% seats researved for direct admission as well.
