What Students Say

Likes

This university is a affordable.this university gives us high flexibility to adjust ur time table as per ur own comfort
Here we get source for ur research and study. Also we get good amount of time to complete ur other courses too
it has a Ahub which provides a great start to ur startups and provide guidance to ur interests

Dislikes

the faculty here fail to do their job in teach subject to their students.
the infrastructute here is old and needs many repairs to withstand future hurdles
the hostels here are a nightmare to many students as the food here sucks.

Course Curriculum Overview

the course curriculam here is very flexible. here u would get time to do other courses. the course here is only for theoriotical purpose andd does nothing with real world application. it needs an upgrade as we are learning the same old ancient syllabus.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 44500 per year

Placement Experience

the placements here are moderate. we cant expect a high salary .also u need to have a good cgpa and good knowledge to get good placement. the average package is around five lakhs and can go even higher depending on ur capability

Fees and Financial Aid

We a fees of 44500 without any scholarship .There are many other ways to join this university. this fees is for the students who join through eapcet.some people get scholarship those who avail them. This university is a very good oppurtunity for students to study as it the fees is lower in comparision to other university.

Campus Life

the overall campus life here in andhra university is pretty good as the campus itself has a very pleasent atmosphere. also it has good libraries to provide all information u require.also the extra curricular activities are always on a high. here we have many clubs to boost ur interests

Admission

i choosed this college as it is near my locality and also its quite affordable.also it has a good nirf ranking.also the timetable is very flexible .the campus is very spacious and comforting as it is close to beach. it completely has a good atmosphere.

Faculty

Here the faculty to student ratio is average .But the relation between them is not good as they threaten about cutting marks. though the exams here are easy the marking scheme is a nightmare as they would intensionaly cut marks so u would apply for revaluation which increases their revenue.

Other Applied Colleges

National Institute of Technology - [NITAP] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Civil Engineering)

i thought andhra university would be a better choice .so i opted for andhra university instead of NITAP

My college journey

Likes

I like the facilities provided by the college like labs.
I like the placements provided by the college. Companies are too good.
I like the education quality and practical explanations

Dislikes

very often we are unable to get cooling water. but within two minutes it will be covered.
management is giving equal opportunities to everyone . What I felt is they should concentrate on toppers.
college management won't allow students to go out side of the campus without permission

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities in my college are good and provide students reasonable career opportunities Approximately 70% of students got placed in the campus recruitment. Apart from on campus drives management encourages students to enhance their skills and gives suggestions in applying out of campus drives.

Companies like HSBC, Prowess soft, ADP, Infinite computer solutions and many more companies visited the campus for recuritment. The average package is around 3.5 LPA while the highest package is 16.43 LPA in 2026 and varies each year. I was selected by Infinite Computer Solution in 4-1 semester itself with a package of 4.5 LPA. After my graduation, I plan to build my career in software development and enhance my techinal skills.

The university is really a huge and vast place but unclean

Dislikes

Dirty washrooms, no hygeine,no maintenance
Old and unclean hostel rooma, worst infrastructure
Unclean mess food , no hygeine, toxic...

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got civil engineering in my college. As our country is in developing mode the role of civil engineers is going to be crucial. The interdisplinary subjects prepare us for the challenges faced other than civil engineering.each month we have a exam to be specific 2 minors 1 mid term and 1 end term examination.the difficulty level is somewhat moderate. If we thoroughly go through teachers's notes and practice a few problems it is going to be very helpful
