The college was amazing the teaching was fabulous the teachers are very friendly and they are always enthusiastic in teaching new things with a live hand experience they always motivate us to gain new knowledge along with studies
The infrastructure is fabulous they have either Tv or projector in all most of the classes

Course Curriculum Overview

I had a dream to persue this particular course before joining the college later it helped me to gain more intrest in this particular course because it made us gave hands on experience with a intership opportunity and also being in this course they gave us opportunity to conduct the trip as a manager for college to explore more self opportunity.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee was 25000/- per year and the course was for 3 years under bangalore University the fees was same for 3 year and you need to pay exam fees per sem based on the university fees also if your good in academic you may get few scholarships.

Campus Life

The campus life was an memorable with 3 years lot of friends and a new family, they also had a several clubs the clubs involvement was truely an amazing experience with gaind me an leadership qualities along with my professional development with help of involvement in clubs it gained me to motivate myself and bring out my stage fear to speak to lots of people and make new bonds easily where ever I go.

Admission

I had choosed this college because mainly the fees was very affordable and the syllabus was same with the other college as well in this college the fees compared to other college was X2 times lesser and admission process was very easy and simple.

Faculty

The teachers are friendly and always motivating they does not only stick on to the notes but they also guide us to take an hands on experience to grow our future they help us in all the aspects to fit into the society before it was an Bangalore University based but now they have their own university undertaken so they have more refined syllabus and more of internship opportunities

Why Azim Premji University?

Placement Experience:

The university does have a placement team which faculy and student led. Studnets become eligible for placements towards the end of their fourth year - last semeter. Approximately 100-150 NGO's come to campus for recruiting. The university does not promote private firms for placement but students can apply indivitually. The average pay is 20 Lakh per year. Many students after undergraduation opt for higher studies, so is my plan. But most of the master's students opt for placement and 98% - 99% get placed into NGO in top positions. I plan to pursure a masters degree after my undergraduation, preferably in economics.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I selected BA(English) course. Because I was quite good at English that's why I chose it. And I still Didn't go to college. Because our class starting date didn't announce by the college (Kittel arts college, Dharwad). That's why I have no idea about teaching staff and facilities. Of course, I hope it will be the best that I heard about this (kittel arts college, Dharwad) college. I heard only positive comments about this college.

Best college for all round growth

Placement Experience:

In the final year students become eligible for placements and we have placement cell also. In 2nd year only we have attended 2-4 news channels interview and training. But due to pandemic, we didn't attend placements and all. And our seniors to didn't attend for placements because they are interested in higher education. So the percentage of placements is not clear, but for us, they prepared fully to attend any type of job interviews and also to handle all juniur of news channel and newspaper.

Journey of my degree life - Rollercoaster

I enquired about so many colleges in Bengaluru such as dayanand sagar university (DSI) , Banglore city college, Jain college but I felt surana was my desired choice out of all the other colleges. I felt the other college fees were too expensive compared with my current college. There was no minimum age or marks for my admission criteria. There was an inquiry and counseling day 2 weeks prior to the college reopening. It was a very detailed session wherein the teacher explains everything about the college from campus details to the syllabus that they follow, college timings, dress code to what not.
